You cannot go wrong with this resort. One of the best hotel resorts so far that we have been to and stayed at. Suites are large and clean. It is relatively new hotel. Water park resort is the best spot in this hotel. People with kids would love it even more but adults would enjoy equally.
Shuttle bus service to airport is quite handy. Plenty of food/restaurants in the resort. Will definitely go back.

After visiting this place, it feels like you are entering one of very grand place. This place is very well maintain with excellent designed. From outside view, this place is like palace and from inside, design is very uniform ( tidy and very comfortable). The receptionist and staff is very friendly also. Most important, Happy Gambling!
Of course, should not left out one of the unique light show in their diamond lobby. If you are here. Do drop by to see their light show. It is impressive. The show run once every hour.
This is a very luxurious hotel, with luxury shops, restaurants and casinos.
I have experience with Sheraton and Winpalace before. This time, I used Galaxy for the children's pool. Clean rooms, moderately large rooms and bathrooms .. Staff service was very satisfactory. I was looking forward to the Grand Resort Deck swimming pool, but Koreans can't have much inspiration. I often go to the Caribbean or High1 Water Park, so I have a lot of swimming activities in Korea. Still, the children were so excited to have fun.
I was there for a walk around the area. Galaxy Macau has a few hotels in one area. Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Okura Hotel, Banyan Tree and Galaxy Hotel. The view at night is gorgeous, very grand looking place. Have not get the chance to stay there yet, hopefully in the future.
The location is very good, the facilities are complete, especially the artificial beach and floating is very fun, the price is reasonable

It was 5 to 10 minutes on foot from Taipa Village across the street from the hotel, so it was good to have meals, snacks, and massages.

Shuttles have Cotai Connection and the hotel's own bus.
There are Opal lobby and Diamond lobby, but please note that Galaxy Prot and rooms are close to Diamond.
Oh, and if you ask the front desk, they will bring you children's slippers and gowns. Good to wear when you go to the pool~
Super cool, bright and luxurious hotel with a lot of casino flooring, shops and places to just hang out here. There are also lots of restaurants and places to relax through the Galaxy.
Everything in the mall, there is a show in the diamond lobby. The environment is very good.
There are several hotels in Galaxy, and I live in Marriott. Tianlang Taoyuan is fun, but only for summer. A warm swimming pool is a good place to swim.

There are counter staff who are friendly and fluent in both Korean and English. It was very comfortable to stay right after check-in even if arriving at 1 am~^^
It's a problem that the hotel is too big, but I think it's a hotel that everyone will be satisfied with. Breakfast wasn't a lot of food, but it was all neat and delicious^^

Hotel new. But i have problem with my room key. I stay for 2days. But everyday 1 have to confirm my key at reception. Key suddenly cannot use. Its very annoying, cause i make reservation under my friend name.. so i have to ask my friend every time key cannot use. How come such new hotel have this kind of problem????

The Banyan Tree Room is very large. The indoor Jacuzzi is attached. The small dining room has a public rest bed near the Jacuzzi. The environment is very quiet. But it is strange. It is not possible to find the usb charging cable. The affordable room is available. This suite does not have this suite.

Great Hotel, friendly staff. If you see it from the outside it looks stunning, the same as it is from the inside. We have been to the Festiva buffet restaurant. Nice ambiente, friendly staff and great food. We would go there again the next time!

Honestly, 3D2N stay @ Galaxy Suite was never enough.
Pampered by their VIP-service begin from Seven who helped me out with my 2 big luggage and Krystal who assisted me with check-in registration, staff at reception were all polite & welcoming.
Secondly very satisfied with the cleaniness of the living room and bedroom. A well-stocked complimentary daily Minibar fridge and a Nespresso Coffee Machine added a pleasant stay. Housekeeper was attentive and thoughtful. Great Wifi, individual LCD TV provided in living room, bedroom and bathroom & a Corby Pant Press machine in the bedroom impressed me.
The whole Galaxy was big and elegance. I will definitely come back for a longer stay to explore more and to have even more fun at Grand Resort Deck.

The mainland group is rarely great! There won't be a lot of noisy sounds, unlike the Venetian's feeling of being like a vegetable market! This is why I chose the Galaxy!

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, clean, luxurious and the pool was very good too. It was a very happy experience, even though I visited at the point when my birthday was just a few minutes away, and the service with a sense of giving birthday cake. We did not apply for breakfast, but there were a variety of restaurants on the ground floor where we could eat breakfast, and we were able to get a discount at the Galaxy membership made at the casino and enjoy a satisfying breakfast. It is really a hotel to spend a relaxing holiday with the couple, the family. I want to go again.
Personally, I feel that I eat more people than Weini, but the price is... it s all in the upper class.

With an impressive display in the lobby that includes a fountain, music lights, water and lasers, very beautiful and impressive.
A luxurious experience. Staff were friendly and could speak multiple languages. The rooms were spacious and free drinks were provided in the fridge.
Most lavish hotel at Macau! Even better than Venetian. We were unlucky as the diamond show was unable on our visiting day because of maintenance.

the management here is needed to improved. the stay here was quite alright somehow. the decoration and the Thai style aroma and uniforms let you think you are actually staying in Thailand which is a add value for this hotel since you feel more relax and vacation feeling. I stayed in Banyan Tree.
