Very nice place, convenient and the pool is very good

Awesome interior don't return from Macau without seeing this

The hotel is well equipped and the waiters have a high standard of work.

We saw this hotel only from the lobby. We didn't stayed here, and also didn't went here to play casino etc.

From outside, and in the lobby, it looks vary grand.

The diamond show for 3 minutes at 10 AM, is really worth watching.

Spacious, luxurious hotel with everything at your door step. We took the Ferry from HK to Macau ~55mins (bought tickets on Klook - later found out that you can take the bus which is cheaper and only ~45mins). The hotel had a coach that picked you up from the ferry terminal and takes you straight to the hotel. Staff were quick to check us in. Heaps of shops and restaurants within the Galaxy complex, they also had broadway food street which was fun walking around and snacking on street stalls. Short walk to town to get the famous Lord Stow s Portuguese egg tart. Next day we took the hotel bus to other side of town to visit Ruins of St. Paul s and try out Margaret s cafe Portuguese egg tart (we preferred Margaret s XD)

It's another world. One of the best hotel I ever visited. Casino is ok. Most machines are playing old games. My suite was on 25th floor. One of the best hotel suites ever stayed. Rooms were spacious n clean. Staff was helpful.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, I enjoyed the journey very much.
If I come back to Macau next time, I will definitely stay at the Galaxy Hotel again.

Okura Hotel Hotel has a good environment and a good service attitude

The Royal Suite, the most expensive in the Galaxy, is not very good as the price is cheap. If you smoke in the next room, the smell comes over (I asked you to put it in the air purifier room because of the smell of cigarettes, but you proudly showed up with a dust-filled purifier. It was the same even if you changed it.) There is a 24-hour waiting butler, the better you speak English, the more comfortable it is. If you do, the mini-bar is free every day. (It would be good if you fill only a lot of drinks you want.) The refrigerator was not cool, so it was frustrating.
There are separate room cleaning and mini-bars, so if you're in the room during cleaning time, two people come and go in and out.
There is a fresh flower decoration, so you can see the fly once a day. The heated pool will be constructed from May 7. It was cloudy, so it was colder than Korea
The amenities are green Hermes, but it's not refreshing. It's better to bring shampoo and hair products. The food is very salty, so even if I eat one or two meals a day, I gained weight.
You should arrive at Macau Airport two hours before departure, so you feel comfortable.

Very beautiful resort city, there is a peacock auspicious dance in the diamond hall, and the shuttle bus goes to many places!

There are a lot of places in the resort city, including restaurants and Chinese and Western cuisines; there are shopping malls and various world famous brand goods; you can slowly walk around, choose slowly, and enjoy yourself.

I was sorry that the room was smaller than I thought. However, it was nice to have a mini bar available free of charge, and although it is a water park, it is nice to have a big swimming pool, but it was not so much fun than I thought! But because the hotel is big and wide, there are so many things to see and lots of sightseeing! I hope you'll take a look around.

The hotel staff is very polite, the swimming pool is the most embarrassing in Asia, the artificial beach and the waves are like the beach, and there are many foods around.

Nice hotel. Elevator is right across the casino entrance. However it is so much more close to the wave pool and heated pool. Movie theater is closeby. Old seaport is near as well as all the local flavours of food. All the shopping in the world that you could get.

Amazing service and decor. Great restaurants and shopping. Casino doesn't have seem to have active poker tables at the moment, otherwise quite diverse.

Comfortable environment and convenient transportation.

I guess this hotel is typical of any luxury hotel attached to a casino. Looks grand and so far the upkeep seems to be very good. Check-in service is a bit of a gamble, if you happen to arrive at peak check-in time (13:00 - 16:00). However, if you have booked a suite rooms or better you can check-in at the private area. Pictures are from the lift lobby, 1 bedroom suite and a deluxe twin room.
