We need this table!?
A very uncomfortable experience tonight. A real downer on what was a great afternoon and evening.
As a regular customer, we would have hoped to get a little more respect than what was extended to us tonight. When the manager, standing beside us, instructed our waiter, clearly within earshot, that "we need to clear this table" it made us all feel both unwelcomed and uncomfortable.
We would have been fine if requested to move to another table, and there were many available.
Food was great, service staff as always was totally on top of their game. Thank you gentlemen for taking great care of us.
This is a service business and tonight was no example of how to handle repeat customers. Lots of other options in Hong Kong. Bye for now Gaia.
