I had a wonderful experience with G5 Auto. The character of the people was what sealed the deal for me. I spoke with Jerry over the phone and he seemed too good to be true. He didn't play any sales games, wasn't deceptive or misleading, and was genuine without giving off even a scent of superficiality. When I drove over to G5 to see the car we had discussed over the phone and settle on a final price, he paid true to his word. He even disclosed that the oil needed to be changed and a tire's tread was all the way worn. He offered to have these repairs made before the sale. It's rare to find people that genuinely want you to get a good deal, but that's how I felt about working with G5 Auto. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Indianapolis area. I went from Carmax to G5 because I got a better deal.

I have had my vehicle for now 8 months it is less than 101,000 miles on it and the engine has went up when I first purchase the car it had an issue it was fixed and I thought okay we are good. Every other month I have been in a dealership getting repairs on my vehicle. Now I have a 6000 repair and a auto loan on a bad car. I say all this to be very cautious about buying a car from a place without a mechanic or who have no attention of giving you the vehicle they promise to give. I now have to review if this is something I will have to take further action with. Its a horrible situation and I really don't want to see anyone else in the circumstance I have been in because of it. Also I read the reviews and believe this would be a dealership with integrity I was wrong please be cautious. Added After seeing them literally say that its an owners job to maintain a car how the hell is an engine going up less than a year on a car that not only I had serviced but just had engine work done on it because you sold me a lemon.

I went in to look at a specific car. I had a great experience with the salesperson Katie. I called her and we agreed I would come pay a deposit on the car with the intention of coming to purchase it in two days. The car had a grind from 2nd to 3rd gear which no one would admit. I've been driving stick for 15 years, it wasn't user error and it was only 2nd to 3rd yet I was the only one who could feel it? When I got there, the finance manager tried to pressure me into buying and then told me I wasn't able to leave hold money, I either needed to buy it or take a chance and come back. I left. I received a message from Katie apologizing about what happened so I was going to give them another chance, she told me to talk to Creston, the owner, and he would help me out. I called Creston today about the specific car and told him I'd been working with Katie on it. He took down my name and number and told me he'd have her call me. I live an hour away. I was already on my way to the dealer when I called. 50 minutes later I walk in and they told me they sold the car this morning... The car was sold when I talked to him. This is a horrible way to do business. I had to cancel my inspection and take my cashiers check back to the bank and on top of that I wasted all the time driving there. This is the stereotypical "used car lot" with a ton of red flags and I wouldn't recommend them.

My experience with G5 was fantastic, I did not feel harrassed or pressured. The staff were very nice and genuine, the quality of the vehicles was great!

Great place I worked with Katie on a car she answered every one of my questions and was very patient I highly recommend the dealership for a first car or any car buyer, I didn t end up buying the car I looked at but I have been waiting for a great time to come back down and look at a car similar to the one I didn t buy.

I recently purchased a used Volkswagen from the guys and gals at g5 auto sales. My salesperson, Katie, handled everything from my initial call, to my test drive, to finalizing my title paperwork. She even tracked down a replacement gps card for the car without being asked. I can t speak highly enough of the service I received, and I would highly encourage anyone in the market for a used vehicle to check them out.

Purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester that was advertised as all safety issues having been addressed. Was advised 9 days later by a certified Subaru dealership that the exhaust system was rusted and leaking. Had another mechanic inspect the vehicle for a second opinion and they confirmed: the exhaust system was in such bad condition carbon monoxide would have been able to leak into the cabin of the vehicle while the vehicle was running. Creston Gallup with G5 Auto Sales is refusing to take ownership of the issue. Please do not trust what is said in the vehicle advertisement. Do not buy a vehicle from here without having your own mechanic inspect it first.

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and Katie was amazing in every step. She even offered to buy lunch for my family while we waited for things to finish up! All of the staff was super patient with my family, as we had a free range child running around the shop, and Katie did everything she could to keep all finances in my budget.

Tanner was a great guy to deal with. The employee's are not commissioned based, so there is no hard selling here. My whole experience was incredible! I highly recommend stopping in and checking the inventory. I will be a return customer as long as Tanner is working there!

Everyone was super helpful, and very upfront. The car was as described and they went above and beyond helping me stay within my budget, and with financing. This was my first car purchase and they made sure I had all the information I needed and answered any questions I had. I couldn t of asked for better help.

Very weird little place. No haggle prices that are all a couple grand over kelly blue book value, so if you think you can talk em down to a realistic cost don t even bother. Also extremely high interest rates, and a lot of what they say sounded VERY rehearsed and scammy. Pretty sure the lady there was on coke. They have some other 1 star reviews I d advise reading. And owner don t bother responding to this review.

FIVE STARS! I am a district manager in retail, and have worked in retail and sales for 26 years. I know good salespeople. I know good and fair operations. Katie and G5 aren't just good. They are OUTSTANDING!

First off, the prices there were fabulous. I use cargurus.com and cars.com to search for vehicles. I will instantly and automatically filter out any result that is listed as a "FAIR PRICE" or high price. I only look at vehicles that are a "GOOD DEAL" or "GREAT DEAL." On the off chance that I want to (or need to) get out of the vehicle before it is paid off, I want some flexibility built in that comes with a good price.

Although G5's inventory was a little limited at the time (about 30 cars on the lot), their inventory was ALL OVER cars.com as "GREAT DEALS." Sure, that takes away some of the traditional "negotiating" that comes with car buying, but I don't need to find a way to skillfully chop down a high price to something acceptable. Their prices were already FANTASTIC and easily the best deals I could find on the vehicles I was searching for.

They were friendly, affable, flexible, and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me research not only their own cars, but the other cars on other lots that I was interested in.

Would I buy another car from them, after getting this immaculate 2015 Jeep Patriot, with under 50k miles, for $2600 BELOW the "Fair Price" line? Heck yeah. When the time comes that my other car needs swapped out in a year, the first thing I'll do is call or email Katie and see what she has or what she might be able to find me.

As long as G5 and Katie are out there, from now on my searches for vehicles simply starts with a phone call and the belief that I can trust her.

I wanted to wait awhile after my purchase to leave a review, so here I am three weeks and 1,000 miles later. I am super pleased with my purchase. Katie and Jay were very helpful and pleasant to work with through the whole process. They seem to be very honest people who don't push for a sale. A big thanks to both of you! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Poor customer service. Poor sales staff. Poor manager/owner. They were not pleasant to work with. I typically use Omega Autosports in Noblesville. G5 had a truck I was interested in, horrible experience. I have seen cars sit on their lot for months and months. There is a reason they re not selling and there is a reason I took my business back to Mike at Omega. All my references are to him. My suggestion is stick with those who always give you a positive experience. We are about to Buy 2 more vehicles. I won t refer anyone here.

As a middle aged woman, I was a little nervous about asking to test drive a Porsche. G5's Katie immediately tore down any self imposed glass ceilings and got me into my dream car for a test drive right away. She was extremely helpful and enthusiastic without the high pressure sales vibe. You can tell she sincerely loves her job and loves to help people.

I also had multiple trade-in vehicles. To my surprise, one of my vehicles was priced a lot lower than I anticipated. The lower than expected offer was due to a branded title and a previous car accident. Both of which I was unaware of. I contacted the BMV to verify G5's vehicle history findings. I took the vehicles to Carmax for comparison purposes to see what they would offer. Turns out G5's offer for the trade-ins was much better.

G5's finance guy, Jay was also super great. He kept everything on track and got us a great deal. He's very thorough and very knowledgeable. The multiple trade-ins added an extra layer of complexity that didn't seem to phase him at all. While we were printing up forms, he even helped us find a car part for a family vehicle (not associated with this purchase) that I have been looking for.

And finally, a big thanks to G5's Jeff for contacting the Porsche company to make sure we had all the security codes for our new (albeit used) vehicle. Jay and Jeff also recommended good Porsche certified mechanics for routine maintenance, etc. Our Porsche is beautiful and in great condition as verified by a mechanic.

If you are in the market for a used car, I wholeheartedly recommend Katie, Jeff, and Jay of G5.

They ran a hard inquiry twice on my credit. I also was told about one car and then the day I was to bring down payment and fill out paperwork they wanted to put me in a smaller,older, and higher mileage car than what we discussed. The saleswoman was nice until I told her I wasn t driving a Prius. She hung up on me and that was the end of the deal

They refuse to stand behind there vehicles. A friend bought a car from there, broke down 2 weeks later they refuse to do anything. Stay away!

Although I didn't buy a car (at least not yet) from G5 auto, I must say the experience I had with them via email is something to be commended. I reached out about a car I had found on cars.com that was sitting on their lot. Within just a few hours, we had exchanged several pleasant emails back and forth and there was absolutely no pressure to come to the lot to discuss further details.

Although we couldn't get close enough on terms for me to make the trip to the dealership, I really appreciated the transparency, and lack of pressure. This is a dealer I will consider for future purchases.

I strongly advise reading the reviews from 2weeks/6mos or older that describes the how the consumer was treated after the first encounter and walking out with a car... also read the type of response that's given from the seller about genuine issues with the car and services. Nothing seemed to ever be their fault, they become rude and avoid you completely like it's your fault they sold you a faulty car. It seems the receptionist is the only highlight of this place but obviously seemly avoids calls that are deemed "problematic". I've never had this experience with a dealership that will avoid or turn a blind eye to their responsibility to evaluate the safety and efficiency of the vehicle BEFORE & AFTER SELLING and make the consumer completely responsible in all aspects. Remember your kids are riding in this car. This your way back and forth to work. A reliable/safe car is important its apart of your livelihood. A car stopping in the middle of driving with your kids the backseat, 6000 dollar worth of repairs that doesn't solve the issue plus the car note. Not respecting the warranty or LEMON LAW. This WARNING! DO NOT BUY! until you have a mechanic or a TRUSTED SEAL

Our experience with G5 Auto Sales was top of the line. My husband went to look at a Lexus. He explained that the car was for me and Katie (an excellent salesperson) suggested that he check out a BMW instead. The BMW runs great and I am very pleased with G5 Auto Sales' professionalism, along with their quick and easy process. Arguably the best experience I have had at a car dealership! I hate buying new trucks, but was due for an upgrade from my 2003. I live 4 hours from the dealership, but found a great deal on a 2010 Frontier on G5's website. My wife and I spent the night in Indy so we could purchase the vehicle first thing Monday morning. After wrapping up the paperwork, it was discovered that the entire state of Indiana's system was down for printing temporary tags which delayed completing the purchase. My wife had already left for home because she had to work, and I was stranded. Geoff and crew allowed me to use their office so that I could get work done while we waited for the state's system to go back up. After a few hours passed, and after completing my work, they ultimately provided me a dealer plate and a prepaid envelope to return the plate so that I could drive the 4 hours home. They informed me they would email me the temporary tag once the system was back up. The experience doesn't stop there ...

5 days after purchasing the new truck, I ran into a little trouble with the vehicle. A sensor had failed and was causing the truck to stall, on top of killing the battery (This problem was likely unforeseen because the dealership would not have driven enough to detect). I obviously could not drive the truck 4 hours back to G5's service department. So I had the truck repaired up here and sent Geoff at G5 pictures of the receipts for the new battery and the small repair. Geoff sent me a check within days of providing the receipts! I know most people would say that is how things should go, but we all know how much of a pain dealerships can be, not at G5 Auto Sales!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

G5 Auto is the place to go for used cars, I've had no issues with my Jeep that I got for a great price with low miles, thanks Katie for providing a stress-free car buying experience!

All their employees were very friendly and helpful. I bought a manual, not being very skilled at it, and the employees took the time to take me to an empty lot and teach me the basics until I finally got it down. One of the best dealerships I ve been to, and the most down-to-earth salesmen that I ve come across.

They certainly talk a good game and have beautiful cars on the lot. I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from them in the fall of 2020. Low mileage, great condition, seemed like a steal for the price. But it seems they pretty up their inventory and hope to take advantage of suckers like me--within a month I had engine lights galore and discovered that some parts of the Jeep were completely rusted out. My fault for not checking, but if you find something you like be sure to go over it with a fine-toothed comb!

To whom it may concern

I am addressing the following concerns/ grievances with G5 Auto and Best One Of Indy.

September 13th 2018 i had purchased a 2012 Ford excape for G5 Auto from Geoffe (the partial owner of the company). Due to what had seemed to be a great experience i had the vehicle financed and was excited to now have a good working car to get to and from work.

On September 17th the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone they stated that it was the purge control valve. I called the owner at G5 and was told to have the gasket sprayed. I asked additional questions but the result ended in no help though the car was still under warranty.



On October 3rd the car broke down and was towed on October 4th to Best One Of Indy on 116th and Allisonville next to the dealership from which i purchased the car. Katie informed me to do so. Also, she stated that that she would give a loaner car while this issue was working itself out.



October 5th Train the manager at best one called and reported it was bad gas by speedway. At point I then notified G5 and was told it wasn't their issue and they would not assist in repairs.







On October 25th train the manager and Allisonville stated he could not fix the car and doesn't know why the car won't run correctly he done all he could do and to come and pick the car up I called to notify G5 about this issue he emailed me back stating he will not assist to fix the car even though the shop couldn't fix it. He wouldn't speak to me over the phone and told his employees not to speak to me over the phone also that our communication would only be through email and that was frankly very short neither the owner Scott or the manager at G5 will speak to me my car is still incapacitated and will not run properly at this point the car will not start itself.

I have been looking for a small car that's comfortable and Katie has been so helpful to me. She went above and beyond to help me more than any other person I have dealt with. she has not only been very helpful with finding a car but she has worked hard to help me get the financing needed.

I was so used to dealing with large chain dealerships that I had doubts about G5. BUT after visiting and talking with Katie and Jay I was very impressed with the service and honesty. Sales associate was very rude when I began asking more in depth questions regarding financing and why the car had 10,000 more miles on it than was advertised. I've been in banking and in real estate and would never make my clients feel like questions are not welcomed or provide full disclosure. I would definitely beware doing business here, not impressed

In response to Kaii"s reply, tyou did not disclose the extra mileage until the customer arrived, but im not going back and forth with you. Please don't apologize for your behavior Ms. Kati because it was a life lesson for my daughter on how not to act professional and how one loses a sale when things are covered up. So thank you!!!

Do not buy any of there vehicles they say there are good cars and that they drive them everyday but they tried to sell me a car with a blown head gasket and when I asked if it had an oil change he didn't even know and said he had bought it of another dealership in Fishers just avoid this place they seemed very fishy just the way the acted and wouldn't even tell me my payment over the phone which I have had tons of dealerships do

Words can not describe how AMAZING my experience was from start to finish with Jay and Katie with G5 Auto Sales. From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with Katie I felt very taken care of and the process flowed very smooth. She answered all my questions and introduced me to the financing partner Jay. Jay went above and beyond his job description to make sure I was able to purchase the car I wanted within my price range and monthly budgeted price. He took the extra time to speak with me about how this purchase fit into my life and how he could help accomplish my goals. I have never experienced a financial transaction like I experienced working with Jay. His professionalism and knowledge of the industry supersedes any of his competitors. I bought a truck here over the past weekend, and couldn't have been happier with my purchase and how smoothly the whole process went. I highly recommend G5 if you're looking a stress free experience. The whole staff was great!

I have had a great experience while shopping and purchasing the car however that being said the unlock button on the door handle does not work and when I bought the car I was told anything that happens with the car with in the 30 day/1000mile warranty call and it would be taken care of I sent the person a message to inquire about getting it fixed and she was supposed to get back with me and never did also I went to look for my copy of the warranty to see what was cover and discovered I never received one so even if something worse were to happen I can t even have the warranty to know if it would be covered

I hate buying cars, but not this time. I was treated like an actual person and given a great deal. Katie was down to earth and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend G5.

WORST PLACE!!!!! Left 2 msg with Katie never received a call back. She told us one thing and Finance Manger told us TOTALLY different. Pulled my credit just to drive a car??? said it was to summit the deal to the bank but it was just to check my credit. IF I have a valid DL I should be able to test a drive car. I didnt have a chance to do business with them the truck I wanted was sold. But I will say the man who greated me was apologetic about it still being on the net i should have called before i went.

Went here on a somewhat raining day. So, I stayed in our vehicle with our two younger boys and my wife looked as she is getting a new/used vehicle. The sales person was calling her babe, hun and etc.. telling her she didn't need certain vehicle and directed her toward other vehicles. Very unprofessional! That attitude changed when I got out of our vehicle, the names stopped. There was a vehicle that we/she wanted and was ready to purchase that day that we saw online, we decide to purchase elsewhere. The sales person lost the sale for this business. I would recommend this place to treat their customers equally!

The person that I dealt with when I first entered was super nice and helpful. However when it came to financing, the guy that came to "help" was very rude and condescending and never gave me any straight answers. I would never recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy a used car.

I had a great experience with Katie at G5. Showed up late on a Wednesday on a whim. She let me take all the time I needed to ask about several pickups, and offered her experience. She recommended two trucks that I should test drive "just to compare" with other makes and models I had driven. I ended up making an offer on one of her recommendations. She never pressured me or tried to pull a "bait and switch." So far, I'm very pleased.

I purchased a vehicle from Creston. I originally went looking for a vehicle listed on the various car sites, but became interested in a different one on the lot. It had just come in and had a crack in the windshield. Before I could even notice it, I was told it would be fixed if a sale was made. After purchasing the vehicle, G5 Auto arranged to have a windshield repair company come to the parking lot where I work and have it replaced. I'm happy with the purchase. I also traded in a vehicle, and got exactly what I was hoping for as a trade-in value.

Great customer service. Didn't try to sell me anything out of my price range, they were patient while I made my decision, answered all my questions honestly, were respectful, and had good prices compared to Kelly blue book. Great experience with them on buying my first car. I would recommend them.

I had a great experience here over the weekend. I spent all day looking at different Jeeps, and couldn't find anything that was worth pulling the trigger on. As I was driving home my friend sent me an ad to one that G5 had just posted. I decided to stop by since it was on my way home, and I'm glad I did. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was in better condition than most of the others I looked at all day and it was actually around $1,000 cheaper than comparable ones I had checked out. I did feel bad showing up 15 minutes from them closing, but Katie and Jeff were more than happy to stay late for me. I highly recommend you stop by.

I just purchased a vehicle from here, and will have to say it was a great experience. I was looking around online and came across their ad. Upon reaching out to Katie I let her know I lived over 4 hours away and was a little skeptical about wasting my time and a friends time making the drive. She face timed with me showing me all around the car, sent more photos, and even took it to a nearby shop for me to get a pre-purchase inspection done on it. After looking over everything I decided to make the drive. Upon arrival she was just as nice in-person as she was over the phone. When it comes to the car, I'd have to say it was exactly as she described it. Thank goodness! About 2 hours after I left she called me to inform me she forgot to give me the spare key and was going to mail it to me. I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.

Had to wrench on a car the day he drove it off this lot. Transmission cooler line was leaking due to corrosion on the hard line. Vehicle left puddles of FRESH fluid on the ground day 1 -- the puddles combined with the fresh fluid tell me that they were aware of this issue and simply didn't care to fix it. When told about the issue they responded as expected -- like a used car salesmen. Had issue not been resolved transmission would have seized.
