So far it has been okay, they are reasonably polite and easy to reach.

My wife and I called to find a specialist after an unexplained emergency visit to hospital.

We went through a lot of info over the phone with someone who had an east coast American accent ( Boston?). Nothing against that... just seemed a bit odd it being called "Best Doctors CANADA" .
We asked for neurological specialists in 3 Major Ontario cities. After approximately 2 weeks a suspiciously simple & rather unprofessional looking email arrived with 3 doctors names, addresses and phone numbers. All GENERAL neurologists, non specialized and all within 50 kilometres of where her general practicioner is located.... I feel like I could have done that with a phone book or quick email search.

We did not bother telling our GP as the GP had suggested a neurologist who did have a speciality they believed might be useful.

We have called today for the second opinion service and will update on how that goes...

Second time for me ... But you have to arrive with a diagnosis ... At that moment it's okay ...

When you arrive with a complex case ... The "Specialist" literally copied the file of my doctor ...

I filled the assessment ... And no answer ..

My husband pays very dear his insurance ... And this service must be extremely expensive ....

Very disappointing!!!!
