Leading software company in coimbatore...great scope for improvement in professional and programming life...

Hi I'm madhan I got a call from this company 3.5 years before for the post Bde and they said that my profile was in hold but in this 3 years they kept called all my friends and manager and they kept all the profile on hold I don't know when they are going to process all the hold documents , i think they already interviewed all the Bdes in Coimbatore in this 3.5 years and please don't reply your profile was not shortlisted because of ... I'm getting 56k salary in same Coimbatore for Bde role

One of the Great company in Coimbatore. Flexible atmosphere to work with. Support and cab facilities are good. All traditional festivals are celebrated.

Privileges:
A good place to learn new things.
Especially my supervisor is very supportive to team members via professionally.
Flexible shift timings.

Drawbacks:
They have very bad management policies.
They didn't give the correct salary for good workers.
Some management persons didn't take anything in a professional way.

Good exposure to clients.Working atmosphere is good.Policies are good and supportive management.

Very Importany Information
G2 Technology is very good company.I never ever seen such a great company like this.They are very responsible for the interviewed candidates.If one candidate applying for the particular job they will give immediately response to them.They never cheat the candidates whom come for interview. *ALL ABOVE INFORMATIONS ARE TOTALLY FAKE.DON'T BELIEVE IT* .
First they give possitive response.After one or two weeks they will tell *"Currently we hold the position. In future We will Call You."*.
In my life I was totally disappointed by two companies in coimbatore.But I gave my output very well.They cheated me nicely.

1. One of the best Companies to work with, its been a year since I have joined G2 Technology.
2. Best place to learn and gain professional expertise, you are given opportunity to explore new domains which will be an added advantage to your resume,
3. Work culture, People and Management here are very good, and
4. You can strike and optimum balance between work and personal life.

Worst organization I ever seen
I have selected as Technical support engineer 3 months back
Still I'm not received any updates from G2
They will not answer for any msg, mail's and calls
Pls don't give hope to others if you have good name
