The desk personnel were great. Really helpful. Rooms were clean and nice.

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay while we were in town for a funeral We called prior to our departure and spoke Dowodd (I am certain that I butchered his name I will call him D from here on out) and I explained we would arrive late. He was very polite and just happened to be there when we checked in! He was assisting a lady in front of us and he was patient and thorough with his answers to her many questions! When I stepped up to check in he was even more polite than when we spoke and sympathetic to our situation! He directed us to restaurants that were still open and made sure we had adequate towels and linens. Very helpful! If I were basing this entire review on D then I would give an enthusiastic 5 star review, but I have to say the toilets in this hotel flush as though they were mini hurricanes! You can hear them in other rooms and that was something that I had to deduct a star for! The hotel was very clean and comfortable and D deserves a promotion!

This was our first time here. We chose this hotel because it was close to Unc hospital. My newborn son has a disability and several health issues so we needed something close by to stay the night for an appointment the next day. The staff at check-in and check-out were very polite and went very smoothly when we got there and left. I think the morning staff at check-out could tell i was stressed about my son's hospital appointment because the gentleman at the desk said that everything would be ok. My son has a disability that will always be with him but that is ok. I will definitely use this hotel again. The only thing I wish was that the pool had been available but with COVID-19 I understand completely. Oh yeah my son loved the king size bed lol.

Stayed here for my husband's birthday and John at the front desk was amazing. He looked out for us the entire weekend. We will definitely be staying again thanks to John.

Very clean, room was nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Couldn't try the pool because of covid-19 unfortunately.

Great stay while visiting my grandson at UNC. Desk clerk kevin was very helpful courteous and considerate.
