I don't usually leave comments but in view of my experience with this company it was important that I share my dissatisfaction.
For a professional project, I needed 20x20 cm FOREX EXPANDED PVC sheets and on the recommendation of a friend I decided to entrust my project to 123imprim.
And it is with regret that I note upon receipt of my package the quality of the cuts which are mediocre (see photos): 3 of the 4 sides were correct, but what can I say about the 4th side!
Photos speak louder than words .... :( :(
Such product quality cannot be offered or billed to my customers.
Obviously I made a complaint and in return for my email they tell me that the quality conforms. THE JOKE !!
After several exchanges of emails, they offer to return the goods at my expense and reimburse me for the amount of the basket HT.
Suffice to say that to recover 10/15 I will not take the lead.
My project will therefore be entrusted to a local company and very very serious because having already collaborated with them but this will teach me to want to increase my margin.
Fortunately I did not blindly entrust the necessary 800 plates ... You always have to put things into perspective and see the bright side of my mishap !!!
In conclusion, if you are an individual without any requirements, go for it!
For the others ..... FLY!

In return to your answer, the panels will be affixed inside so as shown in the photos the irregular cuts cannot be accepted and your answer proves your professionalism ... even if they were affixed outside our customers expect quality like us we are waiting for it by entrusting you with our projects.
You have no excuses !!!!

Poster received folded, crumpled, damaged while the package was received in good condition despite what 123imprim implies.

A liar salesperson telling me that she is quite "usable", speaking inappropriately to me and refusing to reimburse me at the company's expense. He tells me "we cannot offer you your poster" when I want my money back.

The shame of printers.

I ordered two forex PVC panels with a coat of matte varnish. I received them with the varnish peeled off in some places. They don't want to reprint it or reimburse me, telling me it's all mess. Very bad after-sales service. Too bad my other orders had gone well so far.

Responsiveness and speed in addition to the irreproachable print quality, whatever the format (on Dibond in 2 formats, including a very large one). I received my signs on time, in perfect condition, ready to install and the result is perfect.

Top service, the price / quality ratio is just excellent. Customer service is extremely responsive. I called on them for the printing of Flyers, Kakemono, signs and nothing to say. The delivery deadlines are well respected. Whenever I have a doubt or need assistance, customer service is there to respond within minutes and everything is resolved. Nothing to say. I highly recommend !

As much as 2 years ago I could have pointed out some defects in the packaging (cutting residues from aluminum plates which scratched the visuals), as much today in 2021 very careful packaging and impression of quality, fast and good value price quality. Afterwards, you still have to take the time to properly prepare your files and the varnish options etc ... which protect the print are in my opinion to be considered.
