Came into store for the first time...made eye cont...

Came into store for the first time...made eye contact with 5 different staff at the counter. No one acknowledged me, I had to be the first to speak. Just came to pick up an item that was pre-purchased. A "hi how are you, how can I help you..." would have been great.

I will send my staff to pick up items next time for sure.
