Had really bad experience there. The person is Michele Laroche. She absolutely promised the world to me in order to get my approval for FX to represent me and she said that everything has gone through internally of FX. She just have to submit my candidacy to the cie and will wait for interview. She called me next day 15min before deadline and told me that I was over qualified and cost too much therefore I don't even have time to deal with other agencies who contacted for the same contract. I presumed that her tactics is to takes the right to represent the most candidates so they can't go to other agencies to compete with her cheap candidates. She "may" have the commissions for this contract but I'm sure that FX Innovation will lose more candidates in the future. lol FX Innovation is really "Innovative" in their way to compete with other agencies and give their candidates lots of "FX".

Renowned IT company. Leader in its field of competence and where there is a very good climate, a torrid atmosphere and above all a qualified staff who day by day pushes FX to the top.

I was dealing with Sophie Leroy regarding an opportunity. 100% unprofessional. Didn't show up to a rendez-vous. Is rude. A complete waste of time. Clearly doesn't know what she's doing. Don't waste you time dealing with her or any company she works for. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! [NOTE: She later decided to delete her response that I refer to here] Even worse you can see the owner then proceeds to harass me. Gee you provide terrible service with an immature employee and then when the customer complains you start bothering them. Try to think!
