What a nice thing to buy a bicycle all the time and good explanation.

It is that I have to give this star, but that is certainly not worthy of this "bicycle repairer". Wait half an hour before I was helped, because first the coffee had to be drunk (this is not the first time this happened). Waiting for 2 weeks until a bicycle tire or a simple light has been repaired, to then get a loan bike that also has a flat tire. But going to another bike shop who said it was not a problem, was within half an hour already ready. Nonsense that wait 2 weeks .. wait until the coffee is finished.

The employees of Bongers Bikes are professional, honest and genuine. They would like to help you find the perfect bike or upgrade (and that is easy with such a wide range), but they also say it honestly if you better buy another bike or, for example, a wheel set, even if they earn less. Furthermore, I always have my bicycle serviced here because I know that I will get it perfectly adjusted and pampered (runs like a sewing machine). I have never had to adjust it again afterwards, in contrast to various bicycle makers where I used to go. And if you unexpectedly have to wait a while, you can grab a cup of coffee in the coffee corner and read a leaf so that they then give you all the attention and time.

Nice case, fast and good service. Have recently put new brakes on the MTB and they are great again. Could pop through the woods again.

Very happy with the service of BongersBikes. First made a very extensive test drive, on a well-adjusted bicycle through the forests in the area! Subsequently a very nice trade-in service and exactly at the agreed time our two new cannondales were picked up and again plenty of time was taken to adjust the bikes perfectly. Everything you want when buying a new bike.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who all have a hobby in cycling.
There is ample time to give advice, make an extensive test drive and even tailor this test drive to your bike.
With a bicycle from a top brand you also get top service.
I have no experience with the aftersale, which will certainly follow!

Cycling holiday with my Koga.

BongersBikes says they have time for me in one week.
Upon arrival, all employees sit slumped in their chairs. I cannot expect any cooperation.
A Kogo dealer therefore says nothing about service and customer-friendliness. An absolute 0 stars!

How many stars do you give a bike shop and employees who handle your bike in the same way you handle it yourself? The love for the bicycle is palpable and noticeable. Besides the fact that the bicycle is treated and maintained with love, they also have the customer in mind by being hospitable, helpful and knowledgeable. They do everything they can to support you in cycling so that the fun continues and you will definitely keep coming back. Indeed, BongersBikes deserves all stars!

Super satisfied! Bought a new road bike last week, helped very well by Hans. Time was really taken to find the best fit. Ordering and replacing, in my opinion, nicer tires was no problem. Can definitely recommend Bongers Bikes for every cycling fan!

Lost a bolt from my luggage carrier on a cycling holiday. Walked into BongersBikes on the way and immediately got a new bolt screwed in for free! That way I could continue cycling after two minutes.
