Interesting to see other reviews comment on ethics and this company not wanting to share fees. Bruce Donovan set some specific rules for consideration on a property sale, then broke his own rules. We followed the rules he set and trusted he would keep is word. Without regard for our time he reached out to tell us we could not proceed well before the deadline he set in his "rules". He did not even apologize for the time we spent and set aside for the purchase of this property. It was then very clear that he would rather keep all of the fees instead of practicing good ethics or sticking to any kind of moral code. Looking through the reviews I see other names called out so this company seems to have a widespread problem on its hands.

Buyers and Sellers Beware. Sandra (Future Home Realty) was seller s agent on home we recently purchased.
Sandra also provided lease for her seller for a 2 week lease back to seller, and handled funds for transaction.
Contract between buyer and seller stated all window treatments would remain. There were blinds, rods, and curtains in all rooms. When seller moved out, she took treatments stating they were hers, and that her real estate agent (Sandra) never advised her treatments were to remain.
Our agent Francis (Frank) (Coastal Properties Group Intl) states he tried to resolve the matter with Sandra and Myra, however, they were both non- responsive to Francis (Frank) attempts to resolve.
We reached out via email to both brokers, and both Future Home Realty and Coastal Properties Group Intl Realtors brokers were non-responsive and have made no attempts to resolve.
A franchise of independent realtors seems like a good competitor concept.

The realtor is Mimi Preciado
She did not even had the professional courtesy to call my realtor to discuss.
Then She took a lower offer and did not even call us to say your offer was rejected.
Mimi does not know her comp sales. Another Property similar less than a mile appraised for $360k.
Bad service for the seller. She lost $20k for the seller.
I do not recommend Future home realty
