Fusion Wellness Spa Review

Such a cute little spa! The ladies at reception were very friendly and Martina, my massage therapist, was amazing! The mud bath was such a relaxing add on ...Cant wait to go back!

I regularly get massages to relieve reoccurring pain from an injury I had 2 years ago. Yesterday was my first time at Fusion and it was AMAZING! I have never had a better massage that has given my shoulder so much more relief and range of motion. Stacy did my treatment and was incredibly knowledgeable about how to best work the injured area.

I didn't get a chance to get any treatments but will be going back when I'm in town. They should amazing. The venue is absolutely Beautiful.

I went for a spa day with my friend who was visiting from the UK. I was hoping for a lovely and relaxing experience but I got the complete opposite. The treatments we had booked included a 1 hr massage and a 30 min facial. The massage was only 45 mins and the facial only 20 mins. A total of 25 mins cut off of the services. When I went to pay at the front desk I explained the situation to the receptionist and she was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me and stated that we would pay the full amount for the services as we were late. Keeping in mind we were only 5 mins late. She stated, "just because you were late doesnt mean they get paid less and run behind." Then she proceeded to lie and tried to say that she spoke to me prior to the appointment and said to be early. The wording on the website and from staff is misleading. A 1 hour massage is STILL only 45 mins as you will be filling out paperwork and and the therapists take time to set up. I was 5 mins late and they STILL werent ready. Just do yourself a favour and do not go here. Rude staff and service. It felt rushed and was totally overpriced. I have never had such distasteful customer service in Canada and was totally dissappointed that my UK friend had to experience this. Sometimes it's better to bite your tongue and treat the customer with respect when they are paying you nearly $200 each.

The 60 min mani pedi took over 2.5 hours. This should be better advertised on website. They were late bringing me into the massage and then ended early. I had 40 minutes and paid for 60.

The Spa was clean! Friendly staff! Me and my wife enjoyed the mud bath and massage! Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I did the couples massage. Well worth the money. I've been to a lot of massage places and this place is hands down the best ones I have ever had and the staff are all great! We will definitely be going there again. Thank you so much ladies for the great experience!!

Absolutely incredible services. Two couples in our group for mud baths, massages, and pedicures and everything was stellar. We even got the men's toes painted and they have never felt more beautiful. A great team, a great atmosphere, and great service.

I absolutely love to visit Fusion when I'm in Invermere. Facials with Leigha are just a phenomenal experience! She has extensive knowledge around the products and ways to treat any of your skincare needs.

We did the Romance Getaway this past weekend, and it was wonderful. The spa is very clean and "covid safe". Lovely, friendly staff.
The "mud bath" was not exactly what we were expecting, it wasn't so much "mud" as it was hot water with added herbs and such, but it was still very relaxing and pleasant. The couple's massage was really great. Definitely recommend!

Worst pedicure I ve had. Massage chair was broken and no one seemed to care that the massage ball was sticking out right into my back during my whole pedicure. Booked in for hour long pedi and it was 45 min as she was 15 min late and had a (not exaggerating) 2 min long foot massage. I was part of a group booking and the other ladies in my group got a hot towel at the end and I did not. When questioned about it, the lady (not sure her name as she did not introduce herself to me nor did she seem to care what my name was) gave me attitude.
I have been for quite a few pedicures- at high end salons as well as the small chain nail salons and honestly I ve had way better service at the smaller cheaper places.
I am currently 7 months plus pregnant and was really looking forward to an afternoon of pampering with my sisters but instead I left feeling really crappy. They ended up giving me 15% off my service. But in my mind it still wasn t worth it. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

On one of our staff retreats we came here for a day of pampering. It was such a relaxing time i'm surprised I made it off the massage table. Excellent staff!!!!

Went to Fusion Spa for the first time in January for a couples massage package. The spa was clean and rooms were extremely relaxing. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were friendly and professional.

The mud bath was very nice, and neither of us felt rushed as we moved through our spa experience. I had Pam as my massage therapist, she was phenomenal!! Pam is extremely talented. I was in complete relaxation mode within minutes of the massage starting, a really nice experience. I will book with her when I m in town again. Lori was my partner s massage therapist and she made him feel rejuvenated after a long weekend of snowboarding. Both ladies were great, and left us feeling well cared for. There was no rush for us to leave, so we took a few minutes to have some water and relax in the lounge.

Overall, a wonderful spa with all the right small touches one would expect with a luxurious spa experience.

Be careful when you book!! I called around Invermere and area looking for a registered massage therapist that would be covered with my Sunlife plan in Alberta. I called three places in Invermere and surrounding area and they were upfront that they did not have RMTs, so of course, I did not book with them. Fusion indicated they had one available. It wasn't until I submitted my receipt that I discovered this was not the case. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, I was given to the esthetician, Corri, who indicated there was nothing that they could do. Feel very mislead! Apparently there is something we sign indicating their massages may not be covered by our plans. Whether I signed something or not - I was verbally informed the massage therapist was registered. I believe the employees at Fusion know exactly what the insurance plan requires and are misleading us to get our business. If they do not know exactly what our insurance providers are looking for, I suggest they speak with other local massage therapy businesses and become informed - that is their job. In addition to the misinformation I received, I was given 2 different dollar amounts on receipts: my mastercard receipt of $133.34; and another, handwritten receipt, to submit to my insurance company for $162.75. This was presented like I was getting a deal. A bit Fraudulent I think.

Me and few of my friends came in and had the Ladies Ultimate retreat, which in including a massage, facial and mani/pedi and they fed us an awesome and very delicious lunch! We had a fanstatic time and look forward to coming back soon!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a spa, I was running late and called to reschedule and they took 100% of the gift Certificate for a three hour treatment and gave me nothing in return. This is wrong and unethical. NEVER GO TO THIS SPA.

Fusion is amazing! Great get away from real life! Have never had a bad experience and I have been in and had manicures, pedicures, mud baths, massages, eyebrow tinting and have never had one glitch. The girls are friendly. The product that they carry, Eminence is natural, clean and my skin loves it! I recommend that everyone try it out!

Another great visit to Fusion, as always our treatments were great, everyone was professional and the atmosphere was very covid friendly. Can't wait until my next visit.

My experience definitely was not spa likely!

My fiance' and I had a couple's couples massage and prior to our massage were told direct billing can't be done through our benefits. Informing us to submit a claim. Well, the part that was failed to be informed which is pretty important. Being a RMT! Especially when you don't tell your clients your not a RMT. Kinda big deal if you wanna submit a claim . Then being rude to your clients over the phone.
Again, not cool!

The best Spa in Invermere for sure! I've been to them all and Fusion never disappoints... it's also able to accomodate fairly large (8+) groups without a problem; which I've found other Spas in the area can't do. All of our treatments were amazing and we left on Cloud 9... I would definitely recommend... everyone there is skilled, professional and warm.

Customer service was great I felt very welcomed.
However the massage I had wasnt the best 90mins I have ever had. The work on my back was sloppy. After explaining that I have lower back issues I was surprised to feel an elbow jammed into my lower back on more than one occasion. I asked for deep to firm massage I get that, however elbows force a lot of pressure info a small area which is not ok when you have problem areas.
The lady who worked on me was a smoker and unfortunately that's all I could focus on was the smell of stale cigarettes....not relaxing at all. I was sadly disappointed and I should have said something at the time looking back now.
It is a nice spa which is very clean so I'm sure other treatments would be just fine.

I received the organic wrapture, which includes a mini facial and it was wonderful. Head to toe sugar scrub, wrap and massage. Can't wait to go back for another one

Had an extremely lovely facial with Corri over the holidays. She was so amazing, so knowledgeable and very professional. Can't wait to go back!

We unfortunately made the mistake of not asking for a price before going for pedicures, based on the service I did not expect it to be $100 each for a basic pedicure. We were taken back 30 minutes late and during the treatment only had a massage easily less then 1 minute each and did not receive a paraffin treatment as advertised on the website.

The receptionist and the estheticians we had were all very pleasant and the treatment was nice, we just wish it was more worth the price we paid. Or the priced lower based on the service we received.
