My experience definitely was not spa likely!

My fiance' and I had a couple's couples massage and prior to our massage were told direct billing can't be done through our benefits. Informing us to submit a claim. Well, the part that was failed to be informed which is pretty important. Being a RMT! Especially when you don't tell your clients your not a RMT. Kinda big deal if you wanna submit a claim . Then being rude to your clients over the phone.
Again, not cool!
