Lesly Rascoe spent all afternoon on Good Friday to show us several homes. She was very organized and knowledgeable about each home. We could tell she did her homework prior to meeting with us. Grace Vela was my Realtor. She was absolutely amazing. We looked at quite a few homes and she was very personable, she allowed me to be apart of the process. What an absolute pleasure working with the Fuse Realty team. My wife and I are first time home buyers and had little idea of the process other than that we wanted to purchase a home. The person we worked with throughout the process was Orlando Solis. Orlando not only was knowledgeable of the general Austin housing market, but his customer service went above and beyond our exceptions in a realtor.

Before even looking to buy a house, he walked us through all of the upfront costs and items we would need to know which we appreciated very much. For the actual house looking process, Orlando quickly was able to find us homes to visit within our budget and some he recommended. He spent all day with us looking for houses and we never felt pressured to pick one. He researched every house we wanted to look at in case they were on flood plains, bad areas, etc.

When we found the house we loved, he was extremely diligent to getting in offer in and gave wonderful recommendations on how much to bid based on the current bids on the house, his market recommendation, and what we were comfortable with paying. All in all, he successfully won us the bid on the house we wanted dearly and could not be more happy about the decision.

What is even better is he walked us through the process step-by-step on things we needed to do to have a easy closing on the house. He communicated EXTREMELY well and never missed a beat with needing documentation or items we needed to complete. I honestly can say I am still in shock of how easy he made the process for us.
