The palace is beautiful and with great cultural attractions!

The theater is great. My only note is not better for the pitiful state of the bathrooms: with graffiti and no toilet paper and disposable towels.

The exhibitions and films that take place are very cool. But with the closing of the cafe in the basement the space became dark and a little strange. In addition, some shows that take place there are excessively expensive.

A fabulous building, designed by Oscar Niemeyer, opened in 1971, keeps the beauty of its forms, with an area of 18,000 square meters within the Renne Gianetti Municipal Park. It has a bookstore and a shop with pieces from Minas Gerais handicrafts. Always with excellent programming, cinema room, cafeteria. It is worth checking.

Despite being a beautiful cultural center and bringing many exhibitions, the Palace of Arts has an extremely elite positioning and public and disregard any other kind of artistic manifestation other than what they "defined" as "art".
