I attended two operas at the Palace of Arts during the first semester of 2018: La Traviata and Bastien und Bastienne. On both occasions, the staff were polite and helpful. The presentations were beautiful, of the highest level. If you buy tickets online, I suggest printing them before the show or saving them (with the QR code visible) on your phone - the Android application did not allow viewing until May of this year.
