The structure is very good and refined. Beautiful and pleasant environment in indoor and outdoor environments. The cafeteria is fantastic. However, the bathrooms and the Grand Theater are a little poorly maintained (the carpet and armchairs have a slight musty smell).

Great space, good acoustics, beautiful show. And affordable. We watched the Minas Gerais symphony orchestra and the Lyrical Choir. They just need to improve the access ramp, it is so steep that the wheelchair that accompanied us cannot stay in the seat acquired in the first row. He had to stay at the back of the room where access is easy.

Banda Teatro is a magical theater but the sound of the palace left something to be desired!
Very good place, however, with a bad current management. Next to the palace of the arts (but it is in the same building) is the CEART (Mineiro Handicraft Center), a fantastic place, full of stories as it is almost 50 years of existence, full of diversities as the place currently promotes artisans from all over Minas Gerais and even today they work with almost 700 registered artisans. Well, it is not today that the current manager of the Palace of Arts wants to end CEART. A very confusing but bizarre story.
