Fun & Joy at Work Review

The boss is very abusive and abuses to a very personal level. He may be having a good image outside but the employees who work with day in n day out, I feel pity for them.

It is a great place to work and learn. Dr RL Bhatia heading the organisation is a visionary leader whose work of honouring the deserved with his signature program's as World Brand Summit, Asia Retail Congress, CSR Summit and many more such program's he conducts.
I have personally seen his versatility in conducting such big events is applaudable. He is a tough task master and the team under him learns a lot as he being a perfectionist.
If people get a chance to work with such an organisation and learn corporate ethics, values and hard with smart work their progress in life would be unstoppable.
Ask any corporate leader in this country, most of them know Dr RL Bhatia personally along with his signature events and his old senior team.
I feel happy to write such review about a great personalty and a great organisation and wish this progressive journey for the corporate world is a lesson to learn rules of success.

I am still working with Fun and Joy at Work for the last 18 Years with a Leader as thoughtful and Creative as Dr. R. L. Bhatia who is a Change Management and Turn around specialist. I feel proud that I have spent my 18 Years working for this organisation.
