Very hospitable staff. Takes their time to answer your questions, even if you are an amateur.

On a couple of occasions, they went beyond what they would normally do to help my requirements.

We went there to look at Pacers. They have a lot of variety and have good display.

The manager is super super rude, and doesn t even want to do his job by showing to the customer products they have got on their yard.
Not the right manner to run a business.

Did not want to deliver until 3:00 pm and after for next day . This company is a joke.

FSI is go to place for all outdoor stone work. They always have what you need and reliable. They are bit costly but are ready to help for customized projects so it is worth going there...

I always get my soil and mulch from here delivered to my driveway -I have no truck, the delivery fee is reasonable for bulk quantities. They are prompt and polite.

I needed a few stones to complete a project and I was amazed at the great service at the counter and the help out in the yard. I will be back to shop there.

I got there number from a different supplier, I needed 75 yards of top soil and it arrived the next day. This company is great for any lanscaping needs and have great customer service and great pricing. We at Dimarco Renovations highly recomend this company to all contracters. They are now at the top of our list before Best Way Stone, Eagle Rock and Vaughn Garden Centre. Thank You Guys keep it up.

Never use the credit card with them.

Placed an order for delivery and gave my name, address and paid the quoted price by credit card on the phone. When they delivered they changed the delivery fee and increased it stating its outside the boundary.

How can you charge my credit card extra $ without even informing me.

Outstanding place for your patio and or backyard needs. The employees are outstanding and extremely helpful as you can get lost with different ideas quickly. Their expertise on deciding the type, style and colour of bricks for interlocking is far better than your typical Home Depot or Lowe's, they are good at a lot of things, but when it comes to design and brick property you truly need an expert and FSI fits that to a tee. Thanks to them and our installer we are ecstatic at the look, quality and beauty of the material. When you are in their shop make sure to pick up their many catalogs to help give you a picture of what you can do and how the colours flow. They see truly great at what they do.

I had out in a order for 4 cubic yards of triple mix In bags.it was ordered on Thursday June 4 2020 and was promised delivery for Saturday by 10 am. I had lined up the landscaper to spread it and also the trees to be put in it.

Just now they call that they can't delivery. They said they don't have bags and the material. No prior information. So no soil and getting dinged by my landscaper as I booked him and have to pay him.

Customer service at it's worst.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY the worst of the lot.

Really like these guys as they have plenty of supply and material quality is very good. The only challenge is that they are quite busy so delivery take little bit of time. So plan in advance

I went to this place for the first time today. What a selection of stone and landscaping supplies! Had a great experience starting with my initial phone call inquiring about supplies with Kazena on the telephone. Then I called back to ask some more questions and spoke to Samantha. When I went there, I dealt with Rob who was very knowledgeable on the polymeric sand, sealant and anti-slip grip additive I needed. Can t say enough nice things about this place. Don t go to the big box stores, support a small family company like this! They have way more to choose from then a big box store and the pricing is very good.
Don t forget your mask as you will need it to enter the store.

We use this company any time we need high performance bedding for our water main replacements, or gravel for filling the holes after excavations. Great-great customer service, any time easy going process of ordering delivery to any point of GTA and even around like Milton, Richmond Hill, Oakville.

They have most if not all the products you will need for your landacaping needs. We ordered HPB, mulch and decorative rock and all items were good quality and received as promised. I am only giving it 4 stars because we reached the location 15 minutes before closing and the lady behind the counter was trying to push us out.
The place closes at 6pm and not 9pm. They should understand that working DIYers will drive there after work to make it there on time before closing.

The selection is amazing, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly.

Products and prices are great. Sales team are polite and knowledgeable except the skid deposit scam they pull on you. If you buy something on a skid you will be charged 28$ deposit until you return the skid back to them. Although skids are thrown everywhere in Toronto. So this is a 28$ scam.

I am appalled by the unprofessional, dishonest from FSI Landscaping supply's in Brampton
Delivering poor quality soil that was mix with tiles and glass . Manager and staff behavior and in appropriate language was uncalled for.

I have visited 7 stoneyards recently and been here twice. So I can confidently say that the staff here arw the most helpful I have encountered. They go the extra mile. To help to hwlp you choose your pavers. Great selection too.

I would use or recommend these guys a 1000 times. Excellent product, excellent service and excellent delivery. From taking the order to delivering, I have never experienced this quality of service in this industry. I ordered 4 yards of Triple Mix. They told me the day available. We agreed. They called 30 minutes before delivery and said the truck is on its way. The Driver was extremely co-operative and helped dump the soil where I wanted it. Great job.

Nice staff and prices. BUT Too many Mistakes on small orders of 3 skids material. Miscalculated and wrong products shipped. My brand new driveway also got damaged by the driver(who cane for 2nd time to fix the order) I ended up by going to 2 other suppliers to fix the mistakes.

Any pavers you need they can get. There dirt is amazing my garden is full of veggies and flowers it looks amazing
