Very poor experience with FruitionIT, they couldn t be nicer to you when they call, they always say you look the ideal candidate but they send you to interviews they know you have no chance of getting just to fill the quota to increase the possibility of them getting their commission.

Then months later they call to start the same process with another recruiter, grow some morals and ethics and just be honest with candidates.

Credit where it is due. It's easy to find a recruiter, not so easy to find a good one. Niall helped me secure my latest role and was superb from start to finish with great understanding of the industry. Communication was great and found me the perfect role. Thanks again Niall.

When it comes to Technical/IT recruitment we all know that it's a saturated market, with too many options and not enough real expertise and know-how. Fruition IT don't just know their stuff, but they also do it with integrity and honesty. They don't lead you down the garden path. They also publish some solid content and organise thought proviking industry events. Give them a try.
