Shame on you for what you did to Charlie Thrash. It was straight up dirty you turning him in because he chose to save his money without using a bank.

Snazzy financial institution. The front entrance has a pretty neat revolving door but I wouldn't recommend if you're claustrophobic.

Frost is, hands down on customer service. Not only customer service, but also by stopping transactions on my account that people have tried to hack! They literally stop all transactions immediately without me even knowing someone was using my account. They also refunded my account fast. Did not have to wait on my money to be refunded! I have been with Frost for 15yrs. Won't ever switch banks. I could go about how much more they have done on behalf of my account, but it's been amazing!

I would just like to say I had the worst experience I could have at a bank and all over getting a simple checking account. All I got from Frost bank was the runaround. They disrespected me as a senior and a veteran. If you want a good runaround just set foot in the Frost bank.

Can t speak for their checking/savings but don t waste your time in attempting to secure a loan with them. Especially not if you are employee who earns commission income. You will likely get declined, no matter what your W2 s say

Nicole Lucha who works here is racist and she never reviews applications fully. If she has rejected you once, she will do it again without even looking at your application fully. I know because she brags about it to her friends. I can file a lawsuit and win easily with all the proof I have. I hope she gets fired soon, otherwise some people won't be able to apply until she's gone and stops discriminating and being a racist.

Good Service, great for checking accounts. Don't waste your time for loans or savings accounts. They really aren't into that sort of thing.

I had gone through several banks and was always unhappy with the cost, the service, the experience as a whole. I tried Frost Bank over 20 years ago and I've been with them since. Best customer service, always friendly, always fast, and I feel safe with my finances in their hands. Wonderful experience all around, even after 20 years.

The Frost Tower is a nice building, but it s not the building we were promised. Graham Weston said it would be the tallest in the city (it s 6th) that it would be iconic (maybe if it were taller). When I drive in from Houston, I still only really see the 50 year old Tower of the America s, which frankly isn t exactly beautiful. This could have been a real iconic building, like The Devon Tower in OKC, but Weston allowed Frost to dictate the floor plates so it s height was limited and for reasons that are perplexing, the building has no spire or tapered roof. When I look at Pelli s, Frost Tower, all I see is a real missed opportunity. I guess something is better than nothing, high praise indeed

So I finally visited Frost Tower in San Antonio.

First off, it s a gorgeous building. Extremely well architected from a visual sense.

The lobby is clean and very high end. The museum is a nice treat if you ever need to spend time during a visit.

Love and hate relationship. Some really good employees and some bad ones, but I have been with them since 1988.

This branch is no good. Their policies contradict each other

I was treated very rudely today by a banker. He was incredibly rude by telling me You re not a customer even though I ve had a bank account and a safety deposit box with the bank for over a decade only because I don t use the account. And that safety deposit boxes were for their customers even though I ve had a deposit box all this time. He was very patronizing and dismissive. He also repeatedly asked me where else do I bank and why don t I have a box there. He kept encouraging me to take my business elsewhere. But this wasn t the first time I ve been treated rudely here. There are two girls who work at the safety deposit box counter who make disparaging comments about my appearance nearly every time I talk to them. Comments about my weight, about my skin color, about my clothes, and all manner of things on my appearance. I honestly find the behavior of all these employees disgusting. I left today feeling completely dejected. Avoid this bank.

Everyone is great there but the lady who works in the safety deposit box area. She is rude and has an attitude when you are trying to go in. She makes it seems like you are bothering her when she doing but surfing the internet i have seen it. The last i went she was looking up wedding stuff and this time it was stuff for her vacation. She talks very loud to other co-workers for example how else would i know she is leaving for Vegas on April and staying at the planet hollywood. If she is talking to another co-worker she makes you wait and tells you "ill be with you in a minute" so she can finish her coversation with the co worker. She needs to change her attitude she does nothing all day the least you can do is your job. Because of her she makes me not want to go there.
