The beachfront property we rented on Folly Beach was amazing. Everything was provided for my family to have a fun, relaxing vacation that appealed to all ages. folly beach was perfect for the Easter family get away, 3boys 14& 11 could go anywhere on their bikes, condo vacation rentals , just 3 blocks from beach made it real easy for all, great week., everyone wants to return next Easter.
i went on a girls vacation with 3 other girls to the Folly Beach area . We stayed at a Dunes Vacation Rental Property that was able to accommodate all 4 of us easliy . Everything about it was wonderful . The condo was tastefully decorated and clean . Parking was available on site . The view of the beach was beautiful morning and night . The location was perfect for our needs, The condo was close to the town so we could walk and it was an easy ride to Charleston. We would return to area again and would use the Dunes Vacation Rental Property again .

With Charleston being one of my absolutely favorite places, it was wonderful renting with vacation rentals for a reunion with friends. We adored our rental home and embraced all of the wonderful restaurants, water sports, city streets, sights and the sound of live music on so many street corners. It won't be long before I'll be back to embrace the city again!

The house was beautiful and pristine. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. It was so enjoyable to sit on the porch watching the waves after a fun day exploring fantastic Charleston. Kristin Walker helped my husband and I buy our first home. Finding something downtown within our meager budget was a challenge, but Kristin was patient and upbeat throughout the process. Eventually she worked her magic, securing a great deal for us, and the actual process of buying the home was a breeze thanks to her expertise. Bonus points for riding her cute bike to showings.
This is such a wonderful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental here. It's located right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very safe building. Would definitely stay there again!
