Great for enjoying a movie love the seats!

Now time to upgrade seats they are getting worn out!!!

I cannot say it enough. Not only the BEST movie theater ever (with the leather reclining seats) but 70% cheaper than all the other movie theaters! Love Love Love this place! Has most certainly ruined ANY other movie theater experience for me and the whole family! Truly a Prescott GEM for those with kiddos or a date night with the wifey!

I only go to Picture Show....why you ask? Two word....reclining seats. Well, that and you can get beer. Lol. But seriously the seats. They are comfy. Sure they are getting old but they are remarkably better then Harkins.

Pop corn was very stale.

We love this place! We will wait until we are in Prescott to see a movie just so we can go to Picture Show! The reclining seats are great, and the prices are very reasonable.

Fountain drinks taste terrible...like they don't clean the spigots etc. Moldy, mildewy!

Electric reclining chairs make us consistently choose this theater over Harkins, almost every time.

I'd give 5 stars if they were a little more organized (always packed) and the theaters weren't so small. Some of them are really small.

The reclining seats are great, $1 hotdogs and never had a problem with the staff. The screens are kinda of small though

Great little theater with reserved recliner seats. Could use fresher popcorn but that's my only complaint.

If you come here with children you better come early or you might not be able to sit together. Theaters are small and not many seats. I bought 6 tickets online from home and when we arrived the only 2 of the 6 were able to sit next to me.

I actually think its alttle to chaotic, too busy,too loud for my liking....fortunately we have 2 movie theaters to choose from one other thing my husband and I really don't like about picture show Theatres is the fact that although those humongous chairs are very comfortable, the downside to us was that we cannot pick where we qant to sit as we can have that at HARKINS THEATERS...so we will continue to remain HARKINS THEATRE'S LOYAL FANS

Awesome little theater, great lounge chairs in the theater. Food to expensive

They aren't quite as clean as I would like to see and the staff is essentially clueless.
The seats are out of order as compared to their charts and the food and drinks are, as with all theaters, over priced.
But, to their credit, the movie was really good.

Easy recliners, Killer sound & Amazing popcorn... I believe that just about covers it!

$5 dollar movies on Tues are the best and the recliner is prefect for relaxing

This theater has recliner like seats with leg rests. They also will allow guests to bring in a harkins theater cup and they will fill it for the same prices as harkins does.

The theater food and inflated food prices are the same as other theaters. however, they do have a decent $1.00 hotdog if you what to snack but are on a buget.

They have great parking and they even have a mini bar.

I use to like going to this theater, but ever since they started assigned seating, it's just too not worth it. They don't seem to have enough staff either. I'll just go to Harkins when I want to see a movie.

This is a great cinema for everybody including those who are handicapped and need a specific spot designated for handicapped and in wheelchair.

Lovely little theater at the top of the hill. You get your own tickets at the front counter with an automated system which I LOVED. Very easy to use and don't have to talk to a human. #YangGang. Comfy seats that recline and no human heads to look over because the seat rows are so far apart. Loved our experience here.

Love the recliner style of chairs, so comfortable. I wouldn't want to go to any other movie theater.

Food, beer, margarita, movie house snacks, movie. What else would you want!!!

When this theater opened it was the bees-knees. Leather seats, plenty of room and a great renovation of a really run down and semi abandoned theater.
I'm honestly disappointed to say that all that money and effort that went in to renovate this place was apparently a one time deal. The theater is not being maintained and it's starting to get gross and pretty trashy.
Let's start with the seats. You can always tell the best and most popular seats in each theater because the seats have huge cracks and rip wears in the seats. I figured this was just the normal wear and tear as it's a busy place, but have now realized a year later that thus isn't being addressed. I'm not sure if they are waiting until a certain percentage of the seats need replacement or what, but it's really crummy.
So let us now swing by the womens bathroom, where without going into lots of detail, I will mention that the wee trash receptacles in between the stalls are looking outright scary. Not just incredibly unclean, but rusting and huge paint chips out etc. A few of the toilet seats need replacing too, but seeinf what passses in the theater, that's probably on the very far end of being a concern.
Service is usually somewhere between fine to great. We've all pretty much adjusted to the assigned seating etc.
We go out of our way to attend this theater, passing the other main one in the area, and that may stop I'm sad to say. This WAS the theater to go to, but management and whom ever else are showing that they aren't invested. It's really a shame.

I when to see Star Wars on 12-22-19 the 315 pm showing and half way through to movie the backing to my chair fell off. At the end of the movie I when to the front desk and told them and handed the employee my ticket the employee thanked me for telling them and walked off with no apology or anything. On top of all of that the 3 beers I ordered were half foam. I asked what was up with that and was told the whole case was like that. Its kinda messed up that they would serve a product that wasnt working properly.

We were pleased with the service we got here.

We bought tickets through Fandango. I wasn't happy that Fandango charged an almost $7 "fee for the convenience"
When I got there they were able to print our tickets when I handed them the card I changed them to. I asked if there was a way to purchase advice tickets without the convenience fee and I was told that I could purchase them on "the picture show web site" I haven't tried that yet.

The theater was clean and the movie was good. They have the reclining seating but when they are fully extended, there isn't enough room for someone to walk by so a lot of up and down.

Overall this was good. $5 Tuesday (any movie) makes it a great deal and a cheap date.

Pleasant overall experience. Definitely a great value for the few dollars spent. Management needs to keep a closer eye on some litter in the lobby area.

It would be cool if you guys don't have assigned seats which cocerse it whatever we want are we don't have to choose where the numbers are we have to sit like hurricanes but to be honest your guys's menu is better than Harkins theater and your seats are a lot better than Harkins theater and you guys should have a competition Harkins theater versus picture show

Love that you can pre-order the seats you want. Make sure you look in the seats before you sit, I sat on a chocolate bar and it stained my jeans. Movie watchers are very messy and inconsiderate, and the staff don't clean up very well.

Will my experience was wonderful I went to see a stars born and queen the sound was off in the theater was nice it was not packs of seats were great the food was great everything was great about this place except it was hard to find because there was no huge sign advertising them hope they put in a marquee soon

i enjoyed this place but found it expensive, however friends all the way out in Sedona and Cottonwood tell me it is the best theatre around and they would gladly drive an hour just to get here so that's gotta mean something. well maintained, rather quiet when i went

You get to watch the movie from a recliner! Its amazing comfortable. Almost makes you forget how expensive the popcorn is. Best movie theater in the county.

You can't beat the reclining chairs! My favorite place to watch a movie besides my own living room.

Seats comfortable. Have never eaten there. Best to get tickets ahead of time because there are still lines. You must wait to buy tickets, or pick them up, on the same lines for the concession counter.

This is by far the best theater experience I have had. The seats are very comfortable, recline almost all the way down, lots of aisle room. I won't go to any other theater after going to this one. Just love it!

This theater went above and beyond for us! We took our toddler for her first movie and it didn't go as well as we thought. 15 minutes into the movie she fussed, to the point where my husband took her to the hall to try to calm her. An associate saw how hysterical my daughter was and informed us he'd refund our tickets. After we left we noticed her stuffed animal was missing. I messaged them as soon as we got home. The manager, Brittany, got back with me right away saying they had it! You were all fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Love the recliner seating. Prices are decent and I kind of enjoy it more than the other theater option in our area.

The chairs are a little beat up upholstery wise, but comfy. The powered recline is crazy but makes for a great experience! If you have back pain sitting too long in normal movie seats or need to adjust even slightly, this is the place! Oh, they have alcohol too for a more adult themed event. I don't think I can return to a normal Harkins or AMC theater without missing these things.

Came in and were the only people I. The theater for a late night show at 9, probably the sole cause staff couldn't leave early. My bad.... the movie wasn't your guys fault, it was just lame haha but I got a big bag of popcorn that was super stale and when I asked for light ice the drink was still all ice. And then our theater lights didn't go off all the way on one side and kept going from super dim to a flash brighter on the other side like a dimmer switch was almost in place but wiggling. And once we were in the theater there were no employees around to mention this too. So we had the lights on for an already lame horror movie and it basically made it 2 hours of sitting in chairs. Felt like the death of movie theaters more than anything else. Also, the floors were clean, but under the seats clearly had not been, there was sticky.....hopefully soda all down the side panel of the seats to the floor and the dried little puddle caught the flickering light a bit and was a whole thing.
But like I said, we seemed to be the only customers there that night, so maybe nobody had bothered to make or clean just because there weren't many people to be worth the hassle
