Pretty decent place to consign as there s a high turnover for goods in their store. Staff are friendly. However maybe don t buy premium jewelry. I bought a pair of 22k gold filled earrings for 80$ a few weeks ago and after a few days they tarnished and turned my ears green. Clearly not gold filled and not worth 80$ in the slightest. I immediately threw out the earring back and receipt like a dumbdumb so whatever. Don t buy premium jewelry because they definitely can t grade properly.

Literally the most horrendous staff... I've never seen any of the employees smile OR make a even ATTEMPT to act friendly toward any customers. Terrible quality clothing- consignment and new, considering how over-priced it is. Jewellery will turn your skin blue.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible both over the phone and in store countless of times.
Front & co was better a couple years back, now it's gone downhill. It's not worth consigning designer stuff with a 40/60 split where you only get 40. Mine as well do this over eBay and not have to deal with horrendous staff.
I wanted my stuff taken out of consignment, and the lady over the phone made it sound like they were so busy, mentioning that they might not be able to finish finding my items by today or even the end of the week. Note I called when they just opened. It was ridiculous, she made it sound like they were overly busy, and it was a favour to help me or too busy to even. It was a Tuesday.
When I arrive to pick up my stuff, the guy at the consignment desk throws the binder and closes the till like he's pissed off over I'm not sure what? Weird people. I really hate going here and will never come back. I thought I'd leave my account open, until the girl over the phone asked if I ever wanted to consign with them again? What? Really? I guess not now.
She mentioned that I have balance on my account when we were talking on the phone. If I didn't mention it to the guy at the desk he wouldn't have even brought it up and it would've ended there. He replied, "Did you want to take out your balance today?" Well what do you think buddy? I'm here already, am I going to wait another 5 years to take out the money? Horrible. Never will go back.

Good selection but many items overpriced. It my opinion not the best place to consign your clothes. I've found another similar shop near by that also has a small selection of new products that offers same return but than an additional 20% off if you spend that money in store.

You must wear a mask to enter the store right now. That's their choice and completely acceptable but they havent advertised that fact so if you show up unprepared they will force you to purchase one. Seems like a cash grab to me.

It s nice having a place on Main Street that you can buy some used clothing on, I wish they had a little bit larger of a used clothing section. Trying to buy a black chick from them one day, but it always seems like they don t have any. Here s a photo of my friend absolutely popping tags inside, keep up the good work, five stars

Consignors beware!!! If you don't constantly call in to check on your money, they will tell you you've forfeited your money. I consigned something a while ago and forgot about it. When I finally went into pick up my cheque, they told me I had forfeited my money because I didn't pick it up in the time they've allotted for me to pick up. They don't call you to remind you, it's just up to you - how convenient for them. They told me that they'll reinstate my cheque since it's the first time that I've forgotten about it and that I should go back in a week because the cheque will take a week to process. I called back today (over a week later) and they now tell that if I want cash, I have to go into their freaking store everyday until I get my total amount back and they only give you a max of $50/per day in cash. So I then tell them that they said they would write me a cheque and that I didn't ask for cash so for a cheque I now have to wait until the end of the month. Who knows what happens to my money when I wait until the end of October - it might all be "forfeited" again! Front and Co is a total scam. Don't consign there!

This review is for the Front & Company Pop-up Shop next door, not the consignment shop. The Pop-up Shop has a lot of cute and decorative novelty pieces. There's something for everyone from toys, accessories, stationary, local artisan items, home and candles. The staff is super nice and everyone is pretty helpful. I bought a bag of bunnies here =)

This store is honestly massive and it includes new and used items they have so much Aritzia stuff and their shoe selection is to die for they have some pretty good named brands as well and all the employees are super stylish! Store layout super appealing! Park at the park a block away for free parking.

I have found some good items on the consignment side. Also had a good expediting consigning items with them as well. Consignment items are decently priced. The store also is filled with small, whimsical decor items (cute mugs, candles in unique containers).

I love the large range in styles that this consignment offers! One downside though that I have experienced is the inconsistency in evaluation of consignment items.
The evaluator of my initial sample bag selected two items that they indicated would love to accept them but more similiar items were needed in order to start an account. The next day the same two items were brought back but were rejected.

Wow. Whoever goes through the items needs a reality check. I took in 6 bags of items . They kept 4 pieces.. As a stylist, I have a good eye,and know what works. The items were exceptional quality. I took the remainder to another well known consignment store and they pretty much took everything. It used to be such a great store and has steadily declined over the years. I won't be going back.

Ridiculously picky. I've brought in really good quality clothes in perfect shape and they won't take them. I've seen clothing on their racks that is worn and faded and in much worse shape than the clothes I bring in. It really doesn't make sense to me.

I've been consigning and shopping with Front for years. I've never had any issues with any of the staff, as everyone that I've dealt with has been super courteous and helpful. As for the complaints about the consignment counter, I've always been able to drop off a pretty sweet haul, and I've never really had much turned down. If you do, I advise just asking what pieces, styles, or seasons they are looking for since they are going through tons of items each day. The consignment team knows what sells there, and what doesn't, so don't get all chirpy just because your things aren't taken. Too many times have I stood at the counter and overheard rude consignors. Front seriously reminds me of Dover Street Market, as the displays honestly double as art. I'm a big fan of the designer section, both as a consignor and shopper. Make sure to keep your eye out for their Rummage Sales as you can score some pretty sweet deals if you're willing to make a trip out of sorting through everything. I consider Front an essential stop on every shopping trip!
