Unmet Expectations 🚫

I had high hopes when I approached this firm for a project, but my experience wasn’t as positive as I anticipated. Communication was often unclear, leading to misunderstandings that hampered progress. While the team seemed knowledgeable, it felt like they were overwhelmed and unable to meet deadlines effectively. I wish there had been more transparency throughout the process. Overall, I found it challenging to get the outcomes I was looking for.
