Buyer beware - Albion Park Mitsubishi mis advertised a car we purchased as having a sun roof (dispute currently with Fair Trading) and lied about the paint work on the car via video, verbally and via text. We were categorically told there were only minor paint chips (and these were highlighted in the video) when there were in fact marks all over the car including a dent and significant scratch on the paintwork of the passenger side door. They doubled down on their lying by telling us the carrier must have damaged the car delivering it to us. We were able to contact the previous owned and he confirmed that this large dent/mark and another that had rust in it (so clearly wasn't new) were on the car when he traded it to APM. Their dishonesty and then gaslighting/ghosting has been extraordinary. We're currently liaising with NSW Fair Trading trying to bring them to account. It's a process I can only assume they've been through many times before as they're totally unfazed by this and actually laughed at me when I said I was going to Fair Trading. Do not EVER trust them to purchase online, and having experienced their after sales lack of customer care I'd be wary of purchasing even in person.
