I was in the store for 10 minutes and was asked at least 7 times if I was finding everything alright. Then I heard the manager (lady with redish hair and glasses) giving one of the employees a hard time about seeing if I was okay. As if they hadn't asked me too many times already. I see a lot of reviews saying they have terrible customer service but sheesh don't try and over compensate and annoy the customers, let us shop in peace!

Fantastic staff! I had my entire makeup kit stolen from me a few weeks ago and had to start ALL over. I found everything I needed here and got some amazing discounts. The staff there is super helpful with helping you find the right products, working with your budget and doing comparisons of brands.

Worst customer service. Lady hung up on me twice. Wouldn't give me refund for melted and damaged product accused me of using it when I had sent pictures.
Sad I worked in retail you never treat customers like this very unprofessional.

I bought a $400 hair curling iron from them and it stopped working after two brief uses. When I called to speak to the people at frends, they said that this is a widely known issue with this product. The sales person insisted that he warns everyone before they buy it- but I was 100% not warned or else I never would have spent that much money on a piece of equipment that wasn t guaranteed to work. The sales person said that he felt like the manufacturer of this place was running a scam. I feel like I ve been scammed by frends! They offered to give me 50% off another expensive hair iron, but no replacement or fix for my broken one. I think it s incredibly dishonest that they sell products that they know are faulty. Beware when you buy any investment pieces from them! They do nothing to protect their customers.

They immediately helped me and was so nice!

I had some issues with shipping (totally USPS's fault) so I called Frend's to tell them that my tracking number said my package was delivered but there was nothing there... They handled EVERYTHING for me, submitted the claim for me, resent out my products with no questions asked. Alex McKibben was the sweetest person, not to mention she is SO knowledgeable about the products that she has. If you need advice and want to get great customer service, I recommend Frends.

I use to love this place but since covid the location is a mess and they don t even give good information over the phone. I called and someone told me they closed at 7 pm now and then I travel 3 hours and when I got there at 5 pm the store was closed. I would definitely rather order online than trying to visit again. It s been the fifth time I go and something doesn t go smoothly, they either don t have time hours clear, they don t have signs explaining anything or the staff doesn t know what to tell me. That s a shame! Hope they get better again

Very happy to come across Frends Beauty Supply. I have been looking for my hair extensions (specific brand) and unable to locate a vendor that sells them until I found Frends Beauty. I called to place an urgent order as I am leaving for vacation and getting my hair done in a couple of days. I had previously ordered from another beauty store in Vancouver who sells the brand and placed the order 1 month ago and they still haven't arrived! So I cancelled and luckily found this vendor who sells them and now they are being shipped and arriving tomorrow! So happy for the customer service very helpful highly recommend for out of country clients. I live in Canada by the way :) Alex in customer service helped me and she was amazing, thank you so much!

I shop Frends online or at the trade shows, as I am on the East Coast. The service is great, and the entire crew is very pro oriented and offers good prices and deals on items that real beauty pros need. The prices are great, and their sales are among some of the best. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram, as they even do some pretty sweet giveaways.

I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. I keep coming back because I get everything that I want to purchase in one store. They offer very reasonable price and I get a big discount as a mua. Thanks Frendsbeauty!

Amazing! I ordered the no colour powder and it was on back order since so many people were ordering it so I wasn't expecting it for awhile. I got the package 2 weeks later and they also put some lashes in there for me to try! Definitely will be ordering from here and letting people know how awesome this company is!!! Thanks again!

They have lots of stuff but the customer service is wack the girls don't care they just stand there and don't even help.

I love shopping here, the staff is very informative and patient. They educated me so much on my purchase of dennessa mayricks foundation i bought 4 love them. I will be shopping here all the time. I can't wait til they get melt cosmetics instock

Great store and friendly staff, I shop here mostly for loving tan products, especially the ultra dark tanning mousse. I ve tried so many different tanners and loving tan is probably the best I ve used. I use it on clients for events all the time.

It's a nice place, everything is neat, but I strongly suggest you to check prices in online stores before you buy anything there, unless you don't care about saving money. The product I was looking for costs $9.50 online, whereas in store it was $19 (NINETEEN) plus tax. Was I disappointed? Yes. Probably won't visit anymore.

The best, with all the best supplies in town and a fantastic family in town . The new room has every supply yon need. I have been in the make-up biz for 52 years and Frends has always been there. Work with a family not a conglomerate and get the personal touch.

Not to friendly, don't ask to use their restroom they give you an attitude! And prices are a lil high

I love these guys, they are always helpful getting us the tools that we need whether we are there in the store or on-set. If they don't have it in stock, they will get it and even deliver.

Frend's is always on the radar when I'm stocking my kit. It's the place that I always send production runners when I have to get a wide variety of things quickly and efficiently. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

They have a great selection of blood (My Blood's Flo Blood is a personal favorite).

While they don't have an amazing selection of consumer brands, they do carry Kevyn Aucoin and Stila (no pro discount). They also carry the old school pro standby brands such as Visiora, Viseart, LaFemme, Ben Nye, Kryloan and T. LeClerc. I find the prices to be a bit lower than some of the other supply houses, but not by much. The haircare selection is pretty great as well and they carry a lot of products that are difficult to find at chain beauty stores. While they don't have a weave selection as large as Naimie's, it is less expensive and they carry a lot of adhesives.

The Eyelash selection is pretty great here, while I don't have use for crazy feather lashes, I know a lot of people are into that kind of thing. There's a huge selection of natural looking lashes and crazy lashes.

Pro makeup artist of many years, this is one of my primary go-to spots for product.

I live across the country and placed an order for several goodies needed to restock my kit and a couple of extras! I assumed that the item would take a long time to arrive especially since I didn't pay for expedited service. Well shipping was super fast and when I spoke with customer service regarding status, they were super friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be reordering soon!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life

Came here a week ago, bought over $300 worth of makeup. Was recommended a powder that was a shade two dark. As home soon as I got home realized that not only was it two dark, it was slightly cracked. Today, I tried to exchange it. Manager wouldn't allow the exchange, she insinuated I dropped it. I'm extremely upset over the poor customer service. I wasn't even trying to get a refund, just simply wanted to get even exchange. It's a shame that this place is five minutes away from me. I'm seriously disillusioned because I read mostly good reviews about them. I guess I'll be taking my money somewhere else even if I have to drive a little farther for good customer service.

My girlfriend purchased purchased a locion.
Got charged twice.
She lost the receipt.
We tried to get this handled in store.
They could have easily printed a dublicate but they refused.

Bad service.
