Nice location to visit. The interior of the building has a retro flair to it. There is a big model of a ship that was built by the well known Vickers Armstrong group in the foyer, there was also a big bell.

The ceiling of the building, is spectacular to gaze upon. It is also the place to get access cards to the port.

There are a few parking bays outside the building to park in. There is also a pick up and drop off driveway which is pretty neat.

Outside of the building, there is a monument dedicated to C.Y O'Conner one of Western Australia's famous engineers, most notable for the Mundaring Weir to Kalgoorlie pipeline. Which provided infrastructure project to miners in the middle of nowhere.
