Called them up and they were very friendly. Had the springs I needed in stock and even cut me a little discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I went to pick them up. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Awesome experience.....Chris worked with us on a Large Jon Boat trailer. The 20 foot boat has a 8 foot beam and required a 80 inch wide trailer which Continental Trailers Built with No problems. Love the trailer!!! Highly recommend these fine folks. Would Definitely purchase here again.
Great prices on Continental trailers. I bought an aluminum trailer for a better price than other dealers wanted for galvanized. Trailer was ordered and arrived within the promised time frame.
Camping down here from Indiana and needed to replace a couple heavy duty 5th wheel camper tires. Had a blowout and ruined 1 rim. They didn't have my load range e tire but this was the only place around that had a replacement rim in stock. They helped me find the tire I needed. I got my camper back on rubber in a couple of hours. Thanks guys!

After purchasing a (new to me) used 25' Center console boat, I needed a matching trailer. Chris did a needs analysis interview with me and came up with a (new) specific trailer suggestion. I should mention that I had been shopping for a used trailer, a month, prior to us meeting. While I was waiting on the trailer to be built , I was using A borrowed trailer which was not set up for my specific boat. I transferred the boat from one trailer to the other and I discovered just how important it is to have a boat and trailer set up that matches. I did spend a little more for a brand new trailer than I had planned to spend, but I am very happy I did. I now will have confidence that my fishing trips to the Keys will be trailer trouble free. Had a brake controller installed here... They werent able to finish the install because a place called BTK motors installed the wiring for the trailer incorrectly, but they were able to find out what was wrong and tell us what needed to be done... I gave the other company a chance to make it right but they were stubborn, so now I am disputing the charges with the bank... Thank you Advantage!
My experience was very deceiving due to the technician. He told me my hydro pump was bad and cylenoids were malfunctioning. That was not the case. He wired it improperly. When I got home and pressed up the hydraulics forced themselves down and when I pressed down nothing happened. Called him and he told me to reverse the cylenoids.and everything worked backwards!!!! I'm now having to take it back tomorrow and losing jobs ... please don't let that tec work on my trailer!!!!! I seen other tecks there while I was waiting and did phenomenal work

Several months ago I purchased a used cargo trailer from them. Not knowing what to look for, I asked if there's any issues with trailer. There response was "everything is good". So far to date, I've done over $6 hundred in repairs and not done yet. There name is perfect for them. They do take "ADVANTAGE" of you. Buyer beware. They are not truthful. And I'm stuck with all these hidden repairs
I dropped of my trailer for hubs replacement ($200 quote). They tried to scam me for an axle replacement ($1900- $2500) and ran up a $300 labor tab without fixing the hubs.

What a terrible trailer place, more then unhelpful slow service, you walk in and they take phone calls over walk in customers. They expect you to bring in the part and we will see if we have it, instead of taking the time to search for the part and locate what you need before you drive to there store. Would never go here. Wouldn t send anyone I know here. TA Mahoney or American discount marine are far better service far better prices and will actually take the time with you to figure out if you have what they need over the phone.

This is several weeks past the original scheduled delivery date Of 10/15/18 and well over a month since I ordered it but this was due to hurricane Michael.

owners were really nice but when i got passed off to the service guy for a estimate he had a bad attitude and was talking down to me like I was stupid. 2 days later when i picked up the trailer I received the same bad attitude. when i mentioned him having a bad attitude with me it almost turned into a argument. it was a bad experience and i will taking my business elsewhere.
