Stopped at the Tolleson location to see if they had a coolant supply line in stock. I went to the service department and spoke with Randy, he was very nice. He said he would be able to take my truck in for repair if the part was available . So I went to the parts department and purchased the part. Randy did say it would be better to wait the following day to get it replaced , because they close at midnight and It was 8:40 pm when I was there , so I waited until the morning and went to speak with Jody. Jody said she could not take my truck that I would have to wait hours! Even though I was the first truck in line that morning! The supply line takes about a half an hour to replace and only has two snap rings on each side by the way. She was so rude and dismissive and rolled her eyes at me. Horrible customer service from Jody!! I will never go there again!! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!!!
