Booked a load with Austin R. My driver headed towards pick up location and was 30 mile away from the shipper. Then received an email that load got moved to the next day. I said that we can not lose a day and just need a TONU to cover my driver empty miles. Requested TONU and receive an answer "I let you know before shipper and at 10am this morning man come on". Still think that this is a good company, probably it wasn't the right person to work with.

Love working with this company Adam is the best guy never had problem at the shipper or receiver it been just little time working with them but so far no broker I seen then these guys

Lie about loads. Careful working them they are sneaky.

We ran a load for Mike L. had a delivery appt 7am. didn't get unload at Shearer foods till midnight. Missed my next pickup. Now cant even get a response from Broker about layover or something for waiting so long. Plus had to pay $105.00 dollars to get my trailer washed out because of mess. Be cautious of these guys.

We booked a load with this company and we verified pick up time as the shipper would not answer the phone. They assured that we could pick up and the shipper was aware. Our driver arrived and he was denied. We told them there would be a fee for the truck not being used and they refused to approve it, they want to give $50 for load they did not communicate with the actual shipper. Our driver lost out on a load and had to drive 69 miles to be able to eat anything or use the restroom as the shipper was in the middle of no where on a mountain.

WORST BROKER IN THE MARKET. !! CARRIERS BEWARE !! AS THEY SHORT PAY LOADS AND LIE ABOUT IT SAYING IT WAS AN ACCIDENT IN ACCOUNTING. THEY JUST GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND FOR MONTHS UNTIL YOU GIVE UP

If your interested in having your vehicle lost twice and paying for 4 day shipping only to have your vehicle show up after 8 days instead this is the company for you. They don't respond to calls or texts for days at a time and won't put any effort into finding your vehicle until you threaten legal action all the while blaming the drivers instead of taking responsibility for the vehicle they happily accepted money for. If your wondering about compensation for mistakes made on their part don't worry they will demand you wait until after delivery to discuss it and then cut all contact after your vehicle arrives.

Book a load with this "Austin Robinson" told him all inforamtion when the truck will arrive to the PU, when we moved 140 mls towards a PU was told that the load is cancelled and shipper moved this load on his own. Called to the shipper and a gentelmen told me that a Freightec broker moved us from the load and found a cheeper truck who is close by. When I called to Austin he told me that he will move me from the system if I will call him again, but before we make me waited more promissing to call me back, than gentelman called me frome the shipper and told that they loading another truck and Austin asked them not to give us a chance for checking. DO NOT BOOK ANY LOADS WITH THEM ! BE WARE ! NEVER CALL THOSE LIARES.

EVEN IF YOU PU LOAD FOR THEM CANCELL IT AND BRING IT BACK, I DOUBT THAT THEY WILL PAY YoU !
