All I can say is it's way overpriced. Everything is 3x more compare to bass pro and Home Depot same parts.

Horrible customer service! My sales guy was very rude. After spending over $5,000 dollars for an aluminum trailer he asked the service manager how much he should charge me for the nuts and bolts for the security bar I put on myself!! My sales guys asked me twice if "I was actually going to buy a trailer!" I feel as if they "nickel and dime'd" me to death with no respect for any of my questions or concerns. Worst customer service I have experienced In a long time. After talking with a few family members who have used them for our other contracting divisions needs, I've come to the conclusion they care very little for the small orders or small number concerns. Their service department manager was nice and told my sales guy he was not going to charge me for the hardware and my sales guy literally said "really?" -5 star rating from me. I will never recommend this place at this point.

Parts department is always top notch service! They either have what you need or will get it quickly. They go above and beyond.

Good place piece of shirt website. Fix it apparently you don't sell any dump trailers car haulers cargo trailers etc. According to your web site.

found a trailer for 6,100, came to buy it and they said it's 6,695, I show their advertisement where the price is 6,100 the seller says this ad is old (2 weeks have passed) we already raised the price, if you raised the price why didn t you edit the post and change the old price?

What a waste of time. Five months and still no title. I bought a trailer on or about 1/11/2019 while I was moving out of state. I gave them my address of 1401 and they changed it to 1408. Now they are blaming me for not reading the paperwork, and I know for a fact they never asked me to check the paperwork. Then about February or March, I received a letter saying that they had the wrong address on file and my title was returned to the state of WA. I was told 6-8 weeks and I would be receiving a new title. I finally called today to complain and I was told to call state of WA for Olympia. The Olympia office had no record of a corrected address being sent. So I have wasted 6 months waiting for these people to do their job which they either can't or wouldn't do for me. Double check everything that they do because they don't have the ability to do it right or even do it unless you check up on them.

I purchased a trailer there, after waiting and looking in the parking lot for over a half hour without a salesman to assist me. I finally went inside, where I was finally greeted. A gentleman asked if he could help me and I said "sure, do you have a salesman available" he then yelled towards the workstation in the back and it appeared I was disturbing his internet browsing or whatever, he just seemed bothered. I asked him what his best price was on the trailer I was interested in, and after complaining about his competition (Home Depot, Lowes ect) and how them make their trailers so cheap, and that they only make 7 percent profit, and they also need to pay the stupid government their part too, and how the competition can beat their prices, he FINALLY gave me a price.
It was towards the end of the day for them(closing up, while I was being trained by a bruly, non-smiling partsman/mechanic, again he also seemed bothered by my presence) and also while being trained, the first "gentleman" who greeted me was standing by the gate with chain and padlock in hand waiting for me to leave.
I also made an error with the check I had written, and overpaid them. This was not discovered until I balanced my checking account a few days after the sale. I called and asked them about it, and they said they knew about it and was unable to give me a refund, but they will add it to my licensing fee, then return the difference when I receive my plates. REMEMBER, I had to call them and ask about it, wouldn't it seem "professionally correct" that once they discovered the error the would call me and advise me of the discrepancy?? Instead the book keeper told me that she had mailed a letter to me explaining the error.
PHEW.....In short, If I had to do it all over again, I would go somewhere else and purchase a trailer. I could not find anything favorable in any of their departments that I had to deal with. Im surprised they are still in business. There was absolutely NOTHING positive with my experience with Freeway Trailer Sales.

I sent my wife down to get my hitch and bearings inspected on my trailer. I didn't buy my trailer from them, but after the way that they treated my wife, I WILL NOT DO business with them ever. They were rude and treated my wife with disrespect. There are several other trailer dealers in the area, so if you are really desperate...

I needed a wiring harness for my van so I could go pick up a trailer. The guy at the counter showed me what I needed and how to hook it up. He was helpful, polite and friendly.

I had a small factory defect with my trailer. They fixed it no problem and did a super job. Great people to work with. I highly recommend Freeway trailers. Sincerely, Bo

If you need odd ball trailer parts in a pinch these are the go-to guys, if they don't have it no one will...

I have been to this dealership twice in the past month to look for parts for two different trailers I own (one enclosed, one flatbed). Both times the parts department reps were helpful and informative. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I got what I needed at a fair price and was on my way quickly.

Parts counter dude was demeaning in his way of speaking to me, like I needed an education in metallurgy . Dude ! But he had the part I was looking for.

I would like to say thanks to all the awesome! nice! people that helped me today, get my trailer and back on the road quick!, and the best customer service, The two guys that do the installs and the salesman explained the trailers to me were very helpful absolutely knowledgeable And the two nice ladies that were there I felt like I knew these folks for years.
If you want straight up excellent service and nice
car hauling trailers and box trailer and everything else you could need to pull Anything!

Sales reps were not helpful at all. I came to buy and all they cared to do is say everything is out there. Go ahead and look. Seriously. I looked then left. Maybe it was an off day for all the employees but i wont buy from there

They do good work although there hourly rate is high but still satisfied

They identified the peete's that I needed for my trailer and had it in stock at a good price very happy

We stopped in an hour before they closed to buy a trailer. We didn't go in blindly. We had a general idea of what we were looking for but were also flexible to whatever they had in stock. (We were moving in a few days and didn't have time shop around. We needed a trailer asap) The guys told us what they had, showed us images... We picked one and then they said they had no idea where it was and it would take them at least an hour to find it, and another hour to pull it out. Instead of getting to work, or even asking us to come back the next day, they just stood there. Staring at us. It was really weird. So we said Thanks Anyway and took our business elsewhere

Called around looking for a window for the door of my trailer, they said it wasn't something many places carried in stock, but they would go look to see what they had. Short time later they got back on the phone and informed me they happen to have 2 windows sitting in their parts room that were for sale. I measured and headed down to pick window up. They gave me a great deal on the window and also gave me an additional 15% off for their instock sale, even though its a "special order" item. Gentleman at the register explained to me how to install it and sent me on my way. A few short hours later, I had the window installed tha KS to his information. Will be back if I ever need any trailer parts. Thanks!

I purchased a dump trailer here about 10 years and I am very happy with it. I have since come back for servicing two or three times. Each time I found the service prompt, efficient and friendly.

Drive past the competition and go here for all your trailer needs. Their customer service is wonderful.

I purchased a used landscape trailer. The entire process from talking with the sales person to hooking up the trailer and leaving was seamless, without a hiccup. I'll be back.

Me and my wife went started looking for a small trailer about two months ago. We first went to their lot and walked around to look at the different models and sizes of the type we were interested in there was no sales representative on the lot while we did this which is what I like, it allowed us to discuss the different pro's and con's without someone there looking over our shoulders. Once we had narrowed down our needs vs. wants it didn't take long to speak with a sales representative and he answered all our questions without any of the pushy sales pitches. We left that day to digest what we had learned. A couple days later I went back and spoke with Brian after a short question about features and upgrades he pointed out some options that saved me money by ordering it since I had the time to wait. After I ordered it came in almost to the day that was quoted which is great because more often than not most businesses are always wrong. When I went in to pick it up they help hook it up did a full inspection of the trailer with me and informed me of all the features and maintenance recommendations before I finished paying the remaining balance. I've owned several trailers over the past decade and this is the first time I've had such a positive experience like this, we are very happy with our purchase.

Friendly and honest sales staff and Paul was super helpful walking me through the features of my new trailer and making sure everything worked together with my truck.

I purchased a new 20 foot v nose trailer at Freeway Trailer Sales, I got a great deal cheaper that what some people were asking used. They have outstanding customer service and were quick to respond to my questions and concernes. Never had a issue with them they are really freindly and down to earth. They also spent the time to set it up for me just the way I needed it and make sure that I understood all the equipment and how to use it.

Absolutely zero discussion and very rude way of talking with customers. Doesnt even have time to comply with any customer needs just a selfish dealer.

Just picked up my second trailer from the them in 15 years.

Took our trailer to be fixed for the things that were wrong with it when we bought it. Took them 3 months to get it in to be fixed, then took 2 weeks to fix 1 thing. Everything else they refused to fix. Then no one knew how to hook it up to a vehicle. Not a salesperson, manager, no one. I knew how, but I had just had major ankle & foot surgery & couldn't walk. This is one of the worst places I have ever been to.

We bought a trailer at blue dog. Then freeway trailer went through the whole trailer and showed us everything and how it works
. I was very impressed with the staff.

Terrible customer service today. I had three guys look at me and turn away. Not one how you're doing or anything
