Soulless, expensive, noisy if in rooms overlooking entrance due to late night smokers and cabs.

Helpful friendly staff, nice food, pleasant place to stay

Lovely staff who offered out complimentary water for us during our stay. Elevator was out of order when we visited which meant I ended up taking the stairs due to how busy it was that day.

Fresh, clean and surprisingly, for a HI pleasant to relax in. Nice ambience, contemporary and would visit again.

I have never stayed in this holiday but by the way the receptionist treated me on the phone I would never want to stay there .
I have never been so upset about a phone call in my life but when the receptionist laughs down the phone at you for asking a question to me is not good customer service when asked for her name she puts the phone down on me .
If that is the way they treat you on the phone I wouldnt like to see what the other departments treat you like.

Stayed for an overnight stop. Good clean rooms and nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location for Lemington Spa etc, staff very good, hotel is clean and comfortable.

Customer service excellent. Staff friendliness lovely. Breakfast had a good selection. Food was ok, not the best I've had but not the worst. Price matches the experience. Would stay again at that rate

I went there and the service was sooo good. The hotel people are amazing and so helpful. The bedrooms are amazing with a shower, comfy beds and a TV! I recommend this highly.

Was there for an Health and Safety Meeting food is good but prices a little to high

It isn't next to anything, it is in the middle of a commercial park.

The staff are great, but the hotel is a little dated

Great place, very helpful staff, menu variety is really good and the food is cooked to perfection, rooms are of a very good standard and kept very clean, I always enjoy staying at this place when I'm in the area.

What a place to stay! Firstly told the room hadn't been paid for on arrival when it had but no effort made to confirm by staff, then get into the room, to have the bathroom door fall off its runner, also to find the wardrobe is a hole in the wall, not anywhere tall enough for a pair of trousers ! Then switch the kettle on for a brew for it to take an eternity to boil, which was OK as I was occupied looking for the missing TV remote ! No remote, TV won't work on its buttons, so call reception to notify them of the issues, and they don't answer after 3 attempts. Also quite oddly the only light source is a standard lamp, no lights in the ceiling. Pretty much sums the place up ! Don't stay here, unless of course your company has paid for it and you have no choice.

I stay in lots of Holiday Inns, and unfortunately this did not hit the mark. The hotel is located either a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk from the town centre and is probably more fitting for people who are working locally and just need a place to lay their head.

The room I was in was very tired and I felt that the hotel was dated, and even downstairs which looks relatively up to date was nothing spectacular.

If you re looking for a hotel with a bit more oomph, then try somewhere else... if you just need to snooze, try somewhere else... not much going for it!

Nice rooms, really nice bar and breakfast area, reasonable price especially if you book at weekends as it seems to cater for business travel a lot

A decent business hotel within the tachbrook industrial estate

I can't point my finger on what exactly bothered me in the hotel: the fact that the window wouldn't open in the room, the fact that the place was clearly understaffed, the really uninviting breakfast, or maybe something else. I dunno. However, when you book a Holiday Inn you expect a certain level of service and facility and this place did not reach that level.

Little bit out of centre, but great setting with quiet gardens. Staff very helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast good, but meals expensive.

An American in Leamington Spa. I dropped in for a solo supper and hand drawn beer. I got a very nice steak and kidney pie, veg, mashed potatoes, and a nice side of very tasty gravy. Food was delicious, beer was tasty and on point. Staff was quite nice (my first visit). Not enough draw to make me think of it as a local, but very much a decent British food destination.

Sheets didn t smell clean, itched a bit but housekeeping doesn t work at night so the receptionist (who im grateful for) had to bring the sheet from another room.

The food menu looks great however.

Room was good only problem I had was the slope @ the front door that were very heavy not easy to get in & out of in a wheelchair

Service is not so good. Reception is not problem solving. If you have room road view you need to be ready for noise during all night. Very bad place.

Room was very clean and beds were conformable. The staff were friendly and professional. A very nice stay.

Shocking food, awful beds, poor TV, poor bathrooms. Forced to stay here for work. Overall a very poor hotel,stuggle to find anything good to say, just about bearable.

Many of the staff are trying their best, but there seem to be problems with this franchise. Our sink was broken and couldn't be fixed during a 2 night stay. The reception staff were apologetic but couldn't do anything about it, and we were given a refund for a nights stay in exchange, which was good of the reception staff to do. But it's surprising that this couldn't be addressed, and during our stay we also heard many complaints by other guests about the breakfast. The gym is very small, has missing dumbbells, and can only fit about 4 people at a time. One of our towels had lipstick stains on it that hadn't been washed out, so not sure how thoroughly the wash cycle is on sheets and towels. Again, all staff were very helpful and nice, but I think are having to work with systems that are not great, and lead to understaffing and poor service for guests.

Very pleasant Holiday Inn.
The delivery of the food in the restaurant took a long time but the service was very friendly and helpful. After the food was not 100% as ordered we were granted without asking a 50 percent discount.

Have stayed here before and no problems but was booked into Holiday Inn Leamington Spa for the night before my training course. Arrived at the Hotel last night at about 10.20, checked in and went to my allicated room. When i got to the room i couldnt open the door very well so pushed a little harder to find the bed and floor covered in sheets as it was being decorated, so i went back to reception to be asked was it "just" the smell and that it was the only room. They then proceeded to sorry they hadnt been informed the room was being decorated and miraculously found me a room. When i got to my room it was clean and to a good standard

I was given a room that was already occupied and rather than responding with 'sorry' when I returned to reception I was told how this was impossible with their systems! Hint, if a customer reports this, first, say sorry, don't spend the next 2mins explaining how it's not your fault the system shouldn't allow you to do that. I don't care, just fix it! The morning after, the member of staff that greeted me for breakfast looked like this was the last place she wanted to be. That may be the case (I often don't want to be at work!) but try to hide it from the guests! One positive. Like the refurbished bathroom in my room and the complimentary WiFi is pretty good

The beds were uncomfortable, the room was NOT cleaned and the service was below average.

Pleasant, clean overnight stay. Room was 15 degrees cold when i entered so took a while to warm up and get to sleep.

Fantastic place to stay, I had my wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble, the food was very tasty except for breakfast, (room service) the bacon was floppy,fatty and cold so was the scrambled egg, but the pastries were still warm so we demolished them. Very clean and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up !. I would stay there again in a heartbeat... thank you holiday inn :-)

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Nice big shower but don't take to long the shower base will fill up quickly. Has a small gym room for those who wish to workout. I didn't use it this time, maybe next time.

Very pleasant and helpful staff made our stay a pleasing one. The room was clean and comfortable.

Leafy location near to town centre. Somewhat dated interior, decor and chairs require updating. Breakfast service staff very attentive. Fresh fruit good however cooked items eg mushrooms and scrambled eggs left to stew in covered heater.

Reasonable. Good clean beds and rooms. Kettle etc,. Is all hidden away in cupboards. Little tricky to find as on industrial retail park which sort of hides it but not incredibly difficult.

A very nice hotel - rooms are spacious and affordable. However, the hotel restaurant is ludicrously overpriced and the nearest proper food is a 30 minute + walk away. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, however.

This hotel is desperately in need of updating. That said the rooms were comfortable and quiet.

It was lovely staying in Holidays. The facilities were great and the location is brilliant. Breakfast was very yummy and a good variety for all. Thank you all.

Pleasant hotel for business travelers but usual slow overpriced food for dinner and fitness room the size of a broom closet

Nice enough but basic, no baths, minimal facilities, stuck out in an industrial park. Nothing bad but not good either.

TV only worked intermittently and staff weren't overly helpful with fixing it. Breakfast was pretty good but overpriced by a long way. Overall a dated but fairly average place for a stop over or business trip.

It is a typical Holiday inn but be warnes the food will coat you almost half the price of your room

Staff helpful room OK but arm chair needed pillows to make it useable. Similarly chairs in restaurant needed replacing. Absence of automatic doors made life difficult for a wheelchair user.

Bit worn-out place far from everything with not especially warm staff. Plus points for providing their premises for assistance dogs training.

Booked a queenbed room ..mattress was uncomfortable, needs updating. The heating is on top of the door which didn't warm the room up as there was a draft coming from the window. When I called about the lack of heating and requested an extra blanket it took a second call after saying I'd been waiting 2.5 hrs. Maintenance came the following day to sort the heating out, but didn't really make any difference. Found cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. No prior warning that the place was being painted so was stuck with the smell of paint for a couple of days.

The staff do the job, don't expect service with a smile. Having stayed at the Coventry Holiday Inn recently, Leamington doesn't meet a similar standard.

Location great, rooms clean, spaceous and very bright, staff lovely and breakfast was great

Make sure you have ample time if you want to grab a bite on weekday afternoons. The proximity to many large businesses mean they regularly get quite crowded which can delay services. I've been there on four occasions and each time we had to wait very long for the food even though we only ever order sandwiches.

Been to a few holiday Inns and this is the most updated. Modern decor, clean and helpful staff. Nice quiet location not far from town centre. Breakfast was well organised during Covid restrictions.
