Best Western Hotel Master Review

The room is ok but the breakfast is not as complete as in other places (almost no fruit available). The hotel is near the center (you have to walk for 5-10min, which is great. We stayed for business and it was ok.

Having had lunch, I ate badly, I prefer other places where they make more tasty and good business lunches. MOUTH

I went to the Master for a work event: the room where the meeting was held is comfortable and equipped with quality audio and video systems. Excellent location for events and meetings.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel, where we stayed at the end of September. The room was nice, too bad that in the bathroom the toilet, where the cleaning strip had been placed, was anything but clean. Physiological traces were clearly visible in the lower (and on the ground) tablet! And on closer inspection, the bathtub and the shower were not up to a 4-star rating, as limestone halos are clearly visible. Present at the reception (on the kindness of the staff nothing to say) tell us that they will send someone to clean. After almost three hours the cleaning lady arrives with a simple rag in her hand, not even a sanitizing product! After our request, she was able to recover alcohol. Upon check out we again mentioned the bad experience of the day before. We were advised to write an e-mail addressing it to the manager .... we are still waiting for an answer.

I didn't see much of the hotel, but the birthday I attended I enjoyed it very much. The non-alcoholic appetizers and cocktails were really well done.

Room very clean, spacious the right, in line with the category in which it is located. Very kind and competent staff. Very recommended !!

Excellent cuisine, with variety, wide selection and quantity for lunch at a really low price

I was at the hotel just for a dinner. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, even if at some point we had to take the forks because we had been waiting for a while. There is the possibility to use an appetizer buffet after which the first and the second are served at the table. Not too abundant dishes, just portions. Much food, perhaps too salty. For dessert, it is always possible to use the buffet on your own.

I have only visited the hall of both the Master and the Vittoria, they could have a much better presentation and service

I got to try the lunch buffet for a business meeting. From the point of view of the quantity / price ratio we are at good levels. From the point of view of the quality of the products we are certainly at sufficient levels, but we certainly do not speak of a culinary miracle. Overall, however, I can recommend it for business lunches at reasonable prices.

Nice location, modern style furniture but not brand new, good accessibility with wheelchair, prams and strollers; also valid access to the toilets, good hygienic condition, space reserved for changing diapers of valid size.
Nice bar room with lots of light, a real place to share, but not exploited to its potential.

ROOM: spacious but not comfortable at all. On my arrival it was cold, while the bathroom was cold. Good size of study table, 43 "TV, large bathroom with shower head built over the bathtub really bad and ... broken.
The wardrobe is large and well served.
Parquet floor.
Completely empty minibar.
Air conditioning with devices that are not very modern but very quickly set up.
Effective soundproofing.
Variable brightness.
Inability to have the room completely dark.

SERVICES: swimming pool with very fragrant, warm and clean rooms, large whirlpool.

Now put yourself in my shoes -> I arrive at 20.00 booked dinner at 20.45 so, room, I drink some water (there isn't), quick shower (in the cold), dressing (in the cold): PLACE AVOID (not really WELCOME).

Fixed menu 26 to choose from a first course, a second with side dish, drinks aside: choices of speck and provola pasta and roast with baked potatoes. I am not a cook, but I cook much better than that: the pasta was overcooked pasta with tomato and cream with pieces of speck that had nothing to do with it and ... two slices of provola put on top as if they were two slices. The roast they incredibly managed to burn with potatoes that were more boiled than baked. A trucker's place cooks much better.

DRINKS: limited choice of wine, bar beer impossible for a place that wants to place itself at this level.

DESSERTS: very good spoon tiramisu
COFFEE: normal

Not really 4-star services, booked a Double for single use they assign me a Single. Given this they give me a double with faulty heating. Having said that they give me a superior, too bad that on the second day there were no shower towels, soap and shampoo. An unsolicited / used breakfast was charged to the account.

Friendly and welcoming staff and a stone's throw from the center and the Brescia nightlife.
Breakfast should be double checked though, little things, but it's the little details that matter.
Put the tags on the various flavors of the brioches, the various flavors of the juices and everything else, so there will be less waste and everything is much more elegant and professional.

Dirty hotel, stains on the carpets, dust, light in the scarce room and it is also clear why. Mini bar service in the room with indication of drinks but without drinks and without snacks. Closed bars, closed restaurant and ok that we are here and on December 25th but if a hotel decides to remain dirty and without services it should at least report it before requesting payment. I go down to the reception and was told what a fully closed, the dirt sorry but amen and if we eat or drink we order pizza or beer from the "take away" (just so it's called) indicating the nr of our room and paying cash . Scandalous, unpleasant and unpleasant! Very bad

I stayed for work these days and I had a great time, ample parking, a fully equipped fitness room and above all always courteous staff ready to satisfy any request.
In this period the prices are very competitive.

Simply great there is nothing but nothing to complain about.

Rooms at the height of the stars but the official canteen restaurant, fixed price among other things only 15 euros for dining but at the ric hiesta of a glass of wine they have only one type while for whites two, super Alcoholic I believe that they do not need it back at the entrance average breakfast and reception equally

I stayed 3 nights for a business reason, and I am happy with my choice. The hotel has good location, close to metro and downtown. Service was good, though I have no high demands. Breakfast was not delicious but good enough.

During a course organized by Fineco I was able to appreciate the quality of collateral services to the classics of a hotel, a well-equipped room, a quiet restaurant for a lunch buffet with adequate quality.

Excellent structure with rooms with all comforts and spacious (double superior) .... in my case also the quality / price ratio thanks to a nn refundable rate on booking of 65 euros

I stayed at the Master Hotel for 2 nights for work reasons. The hotel enjoys strengths and weaknesses that I would like to list below based on my personal experience. 1) PRIEST: excellent location, it is an area where everything is good or bad. Great Japanese restaurant next door to eat, a piadineria opposite and a bistro restaurant across the street. All three good. Great bed, wide, with quiet rooms. Sky service in the room. 2) DEFECTS: Moquet really dirty .... you'd better eliminate it, because the room without acquires immense value. The restaurant of the hotel is discreet, a couple of faults, it doesn't charge the room (if you don't know it you have to go up and get your wallet in the room), the coffee in the morning ... it's not made by them but can be taken from machine in the room .... for me it is inconceivable for a 4-star hotel. Also on arrival I was told that the restaurant does not always have places available so it is better to book. Which the customer must know first in my opinion. I also wanted to access the gym but ... on the floor there were some works in progress the gym was dirty with masonry, turned off in the instrumentation and cold. I therefore avoided but the staff did not warn me.
For the rest, the staff is very busy but always friendly. Overall good rating.

I stayed three weeks ago in this structure, I must say that I found myself very well, very friendly and helpful with the client ... I found the room comfortable, tidy and clean ... good value for money, well organized also with the restaurant, where in the evening I had a really good dinner ... the judgment on this hotel is definitely positive .. If you happen to be in Brescia a good place to stay ....

Here we were in the room for only 5 minutes. The cleanliness was simply catastrophic. The traces of the predecessor were still visible everywhere in the bathroom. The cleaning lady then wanted to remove everything with a broom. So cleanliness 6 - we left immediately
