Freedom Fertility Pharmacy Review

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to make sure that I get what I need on time and they are always very pleasant on the phone.

I have ordered through Freedom Pharmacy for 2 years now. I have always been very happy with their customer service and how quickly they are able to ship/deliver the medications I needed. I am a very satisfied customer.

I would definitely give zero stars if possible. This place is horrible when it comes to billing. Although the representatives on the phone are super friendly, they can't help resolve the billing issues that apparently the concierge team has to address. I was asked to provide insurance information as many of you wrote, and I did, knowing my provider is a participating provider that qualifies me for a discount. I was also asked to provide credit card information to keep on file, in the event something isn't covered by the insurance. I notified them I have approval by the insurance for this medication and that I was covered 100%. Although they delivered my medication in time for me to have an IUI, they billed me at 100% for the medication, claiming it was part of my deductible. NOT TRUE! Then they said, well we can refund you and charge the provider discounted price, because we should have asked if that's what you want. UGH! It's been 3 weeks and I've called 10 times because no one has gotten back to me about this. Oh, and here's the cherry on top...I had an unsuccessful IUI, probably from all the stress this place has caused. NEVER using them again! I advise you not to either. Horrible service.

I have had the best experience with this pharmacy!! Not sure why all the bad reviews, but they have gone above and beyond for us! Everyone I have talked to has been so nice and helpful! I will use this pharmacy in the future!! Thank you for everything!

I have used freedom fertility for years now and I was surprised to see such negative reviews. Not once have I ever received bad service. If anything, the representatives go above and beyond. They're also very thorough and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed using this pharmacy and actually prefer it over others! I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the worst company to intrust something so valuable to!! Twice now we have had issues with getting our super expensive medicine to us in time for our infertility treatment! This treatment is emotionally draining enough on its own without your inability to provide our medicine! READ THE NOTES!!! Seriously, I know you have to put them in so take the time to read it so you don't ruin people's chance for conceiving!

I needed 1 medication from them. To get that medications ordered it took 7 calls because they kept losing the authorization. Then I spoke with 2 different people to confirm they had everything they needed, then I paid for the medication (it was overpriced at $270 instead of $190 from other places) but I did not care. Just needed it. It was supposed to be here yesterday and it did not arrive. I called today and the woman is saying it's an authorization issue. I explain it's not - that even I have copies of all of the authorizations now...and even if that was the case why did no one call me on Tuesday when it was supposed to ship out (it's thursday). Then she says actually everything looks like. Basically if they don't get this to me tomorrow they will have made me miss an entire cycle. They are horrible. Go anywhere else!

I have used Freedom for three IVF cycles and I have had a problem every cycle. I would strongly recommend you use another pharmacy if possible. I received my medications late on 3 different occasions and have spent hours of my life on hold while they try to sort things out. Additionally, they just don't care. There is no sense of urgency or ownership for their mistakes. It's painfully obvious they don't appreciate the seriousness of being a reliable partner in your fertility journey. You don't need this stress. Go somewhere else.

I have to use Freedom Fertility because it is a requirement of my insurance provider. If it wasn't a requirement I would be looking for a different pharmacy. Every time a prescription gets filled I have to place multiple calls to them to make sure they stay on top of it, it almost always come down to the wire and I get it the day before I need it after pushing them. If you know anything about fertility treatment, you know that the timing of medications is not flexible.

I have also been trying to get reimbursed for two claims for which I was overcharged for a month now. I have been given conflicting information from various people who work there. Today I was told that they have to contact someone else and that process takes 2 - 3 weeks and the person who issues refunds is so busy that I need to call her back because she won't remember to call me.

The burden is always put on the patient to get them to do anything. If you have a choice in providers shop around.

The worst pharmacy. Pray that you won t need last minute meds. Say an extra prayer that you won t need them on the weekend. And then say a 3rd prayer that FedEx delivers as expected. And finally save a few grand for out of pocket costs that Freedom will not help you recover.
