What a disgrace. After two hours of being sent from one place to another, being in severe pain doesn t apparently qualify as an emergency , thus there is no need for any kind of examination and we should go to a pharmacy for pain . These people should be ashamed of themselves.

We are on vacation and had to go to the emergency with our 4 months old baby.
We read the Google reviews first and were a little bit concerned because of the many bad reviews.
As there was no better option to choose we decided to go there. And we absolutely didn't regret it.
The nurses didn't speak English, but they were all very friendly and gave their best to communicate with us, including the use of Google translate. We had no problems to understand what they wanted to tell us.
The doctor did an excellent job! He took time and worked very precise and carefully.
The hospital accepted our German (European) Public Health Insurance Card.

the medical staff is pretty much on the other hand the secretariat has to see again we are Monday and since last Friday my wife has to go out in an ambulance and although they were unable to find an ambulance, forced to return in vcl so it must be transported lying down, the file not ready for discharge, therefore no prescription, no transport voucher nothing !! It is inadmissible for this hospital to FLY FROM ANY EMERGENCY !!

No listening stay more than 5 hours not seen a single doctor some stretcher bearers think they are cowboys don't even listen to you when you ask them for a glass of water or whatever.

Hospital has to review its hygiene protocol and very defective equipment and see even missing to judge the state of the toilets .... Apart from that, the care and respect of appointment times are relatively well respected . Some doctors have to pay attention to their hygiene, there is little slack in this area.
