Good food, fast service and clean. Good fun for the whole family!

What can I say I was extremely disappointed tonight, I heard the prime rib was really good here and I would not of been let down. Sadly I was let down the prime rib was good but came out colder then my ex. The only thing warm on this plate was the mash potatoes. Our server was very nice and pleasant and understanding as they felt it themselves and it was barely Luke warm. I m sorry we had to pass on this dish but for 22$ I would like my food hot and presentable.

Decent beers but I have never had such bad service in my life. Beers took for ever to reach the table then half way through the waitress changed. After that not only was I id again but my two government official id's weren't me anymore and the man said my nose was off in the two pictures. What joke of the place.

A good selection of beers but no craft beers beyond what they brew themselves. The food is OK but when I had a hamburger I found it really salty and the garlic fries were just fries with a couple clumps of chopped garlic. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We ate at Freddy's brewpub, my boyfriend ate the prime rib, and after 1 hour he had terrible food poisoning. Horrible stomach pain & was sick. We ended up in emergency overnight and half of the next day. As a nurse, I have never witnessed someone so sick from food.

Haven't been to Freddy for many years and after today's lunch will never return for many many years to come.Not only was our lunch a lame size for a "pub " but our server brought our beef dip to our table with half the au jou sauce all over our plate and still served it to us with no sorry or taking ownership of who spilt....asked for water and she forgot..and being there was a total of 7 guests in the pub that she had to serve.no excuse for that crappy service...the pub can pay her tip because she warranted not even a penny!!! Freddy Brew Pub is horrible...many other pubs in Kelowna just pick one of those instead

I was there tonight. We had wings and they were fantastic. My friends had drinks and the drink menu was good. My reason for giving three stars is because I ordered a burger, and it was the most god awful burger Ive ever ordered. It was a mess with a soggy cheap squishy mcdonalds-type bun and all around didn't look or taste good. I expected much more for a $19 burger, had a couple bites and left rather hungry.

Burgers always taste fresh you can tell they put effort into the food. Drink menu is fun

They never disappoint! Service was excellent, food was excellent. The new look of the place is excellent! 5 stars all the way around!!!

I would honestly give them 0 stars if possible, all of my family and friends have given this place multiple chances and they disappoint every time. The last time we ate here my mother was served a moldy bun with her burger; myself a vegetarian was served a chicken pizza, then told it was veggie when I made a complaint. This was only the food , there service was also horrible and not the first time we have had that issue. I won't be coming back and I'll be letting future friends know about the lack of care these people have for clients.

Amazing service and love the fact they have wing nights on Thurdsays. Beer prices are decent as well!

The food is generally mediocre, as are the atmosphere and service, but what actually has me bothering to review the restaurant is that I was refused tap water while being served this evening so that they could mislead patrons and try to peddle bottled water.

At the time of this writing, the pub, along with most of the city, is under a "Water Quality Advisory" which is basically to say that the turbidity of the water is higher than normal and that vulnerable groups (children, elderly, and immunocompromised) should boil water before drinking it. Interior Health guidelines for businesses serving water under such circumstances are as follows:

Food premises operators MUST advise clients and MAY WISH to provide alternate water.

After my server had advised me of the water quality advisory I explicitly stated that I wasn't concerned with the turbidity of the water and still wished to be served it as I'm in good health. She refused, insisting that the quality of the water prevented them from serving it which is a bald-faced lie.

Freddy's is third rate on the best of days, but management really needs to properly educate their servers on regulations during a water advisory or stop taking advantage of circumstances to "upsell" their patrons with dishonest interpretations of plain and simple regulations, whichever the case may be.

Bowling and beer... What more can you ask.

We are regulars at Freddy's and love going there. The new menu is awesome and we plan to work through their daily specials over the next few months so we can try them all. Tuesday special is fried chicken and two of our group had it and absolutely loved it.

Speaking of chicken, their wings are awesome...

The staff are also terrific. Every once in a while if there is a minor issue with our food (which is really rare) all you have to do is mention it and its taken care without question.

If you've tried them before, and weren't impressed for some reason, you should really give them another try!

Great place to stop for a beer or refill your growlers. Good pub food, often with a bit of a twist! On the other side bowling is a lot of fun and you can even order food and drinks at the lanes! I ll be back

Have been coming to Freddys for 10 years or so. What this place lacks in some areas, it more than makes up in others!.... the staff is great, the food is top 3 for pubs in kelowna. The micro brewery is awesome and it's fantastic to try some local small batch brew!... get together with some friends for a couple drinks and some good grub, then walk 15 feet to the bowling alley and keep the drinking going while playing some cosmic bowling! Such a great place! - Cheers!

The Chef is a Gourmet Guy what can I say :) about the Food?? Fantastic! The Breakfast Skillet with Sausage, Eggs and Hashbrowns just had the absolute right amount of Spices and Flavourful! Not too salty and not overlooked better than Denny's I highly recommended it! The Staff in the Kitchen turn out a Grade A+ Meal that you can savour You ought to try a meal at Freddy's with a Brewskey of course too!

I want to give 3.5 stars. The beer is good but it could use more bubbles and be colder. we had to sit in the boiling alley because we brought me neice.

I attended an event here, we received horrible service. The waitresses were rude. The food was horrible. This used to be a great place. Management needs to be changed for us to continue to spend our hard earned money on these people.

My hubby chose to dine at Freddy s for Prime Rib Saturday for his birthday. And WOW we were not disappointed! The beef was unbelievable, the service was A++ and of course the beer was fantastic. Have been to the Brew Pub on a couple occasions and were very impressed with the quality and variety of craft beer and food. Great little find!

Love this place, bowling and great craft beer under the same roof.

Great micro brews on tap and I'm here for Thursday wing night, always a great time to be had! Paired with the accompanying bowling alley you could lose a whole evening before you know it.

Why would you serve a salad on a hot not warm but a hot plate. Don't think my server was in tuned to my concerns. Nope not coming here again

I just had a great lunch. Steak sandwich was perfectly cooked, lots of flavor. No complaints at all with the service.

Stopped here for lunch. Good food, great beer and good, friendly service at a reasonable price.

Went out for a date night and decided to try something new for dinner in Kelowna. While the beer was great and once self seated the service was good. However food was terrible, hamburger was undercooked and shnitzel tasted like cardboard. Server did offer to switch out food so I was curious to try the tot-chos. Also brutal, flavourless, scarfed it down to leave quicker.

TL;DR Beer and service was good, food was awful.

We usually come for dinner but this time is was for breakfast and they didn't have much of a breakfast menu. Other pubs in Kelowna have a bigger breakfast menu. What were did have was good though

Had friendly service right from the moment we walked in the door. My compliments to the kitchen. They made a great spicy prawn, and the addition of cinnamon to the pizza sauce was a great idea. A great place to have food and drinks and challenge your spouse to a couple of games of bowling.

Exalent beer food service and bowling. Tuck advantage of the 3 games for 17 bucks deal on a Tuesday afternoon. Great way the spend a few hours.

I was completely abolished by the service i got by the highly unorganized unprofessional staff and so called management. Ive been going to McCurdy to bowl for years now and had even previously worked in the kitchen at Freddy's. I thought i would bring a friend to bowl and have a couple drinks but then my already not going very smooth night got worse thanks to the staff at Freddy's. There was NO waiter/waitress around so i made my way to the bar to order drinks myself from the bartender. I ordered without a problem and gave my lane number and went to my lane to wait. The waitress proceeded to come up and asked me if she could get any drinks for us and when i told her i just ordered from the bartender, she turned around and stormed off all mad. When she came back she asked me for ID and when i muttered "Oh gosh" to myself and reached for my ID, she then said "OK, I'm not serving you" and walked away. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but it was definitely uncalled for. I then went to talk to the bartender and ask what was going on and all he said was "I back the decisions of my waitresses" I usually enjoy the food here, but today the service was just beyond horrendous.
Oh and to make things even more fun, they were giving us a hard time about a bottle of WATER we had with us. Seems like they just needed something to power trip on in my opinion.

Great food and service. I had dropped my movie ticket without realizing and our waitress hunted us down in the parking lot to return it to me. The nachos are on point.

Food is good, service was good, deep fried pickles are meh

Not too sure what happened to this place. Tried to order the quesadilla but it s now some sort of weird broken thing and they won t let you order it without breaking the tortilla into mini pieces. So I got the prime rib beef dip. It was grocery store shaved roast beef on a soggy hot dog bun.

We recently went for dinner, the food was fine, the service was good but it was so loud I felt like I left with hearing damage. I understand people like to watch sports but the tv was so loud we were unable to have a conversation from one side of the table to the other, you would have to lean in and concentrate to hear what our server was saying.
I am hard of hearing which exasperates the situation.
Couldn't see going back for that reason.
Just watching a tv show on this subject and for what seemed like a small price, they were able to install a few sound panels and solve the problem in a very noisy restaurant. If you are hard of hearing, I would advise not going there, the noise was actually unsettling.

Several Beer on tap and all taste great. Makes you want to have more than 1. The fantastic food brings you back. The bartenders and servers take great care of you.

Went for dinner before a movie. The staff was nice however she did forget about us a little when it got busy. Got the fish and "garlic fries". The Fish was good however would never get the garlic fries again. They're just regular fries, with chunks of raw garlic tossed on top. Gross, that is not how Garlic Fries should be done. Next time I think I'll just go to the movie and have popcorn for dinner, no garlic.

I hadn't visited Freddy's in years, and so I was shocked to discover just how much it has seemingly gone downhill. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Server was borderline rude and not helpful at all - couldn't even smile once from the minute we sat down.

The food was also a big let down - bland, unseasoned, and very over priced; much better food is available at other pubs in town for the same price. My meal tasted like something from a cafeteria.

The biggest issue, however, was that both myself and my companion started to feel extremely ill within a few hours of eating at Freddy's; we didn't eat anything else together that day (or in days prior), so this was the only common denominator. When we phoned to let the manager know that they may want to check the food for quality, the answer was "Yeah ok I'll check" - no apology, no "I'm sorry to hear that", nothing. The response was extremely dismissive, so obviously the staff person isn't too concerned and doesn't seem to care about the extremely poor experience we had.

Excellent beer! Manager was super friendly and had a lot of knowledge of the history of the breweries in the area. Great atmosphere.

This is my go to place! Great food and atmosphere...then and now! Beautiful job with the renovation. Check it out!

Surprisingly good beer.

This is a great stop before a movie, but I'd probably find another place to go otherwise.

Chef Rivard is the greatest chef in the history of chef's.

Beer and food here are amazing! Try the Lord Nelson beer.

Decent pub and pub food. Next to the movie theatre and connected to the bowling alley.

What a great experience! Friendly staff and a clean, modern facility.

Stopped in today for lunch and tried the new Menu. I had the fish and chips and it was such a huge portion I was going to take half home, but it was so good I couldn't stop! I loved the tartar sauce it was fabulous and I liked the new fries. Since I'm writing a review I'd also like to say I'm glad you kept the Danber smore bar on the menu as that was my favorite dessert.

Great atmosphere. Not overly loud but just right volume level. Great service
