Tom is the best. We have needed parts for older equipment on a few occasions; Tom was able to cross reference older part numbers to upgraded part numbers and included wiring diagrams since installing would be different. This man is an invaluable asset to your company and is the reason we drive over one hour to shop with your business. Thank you for your assistance, knowledge and support.

Please be advised that whomever is in parts counter answering the calls from your customers tell him that he should keep his attitude to himself, be patient and open to explain the costumers which information is needed instead of being rude and start yelling.
FMP has become a lot better recently. They now have two Ohio companies with a great deal of experience I have used for the past 15 years or so doing their parts research.
I go in to the counter to get my parts from Tom. He asks me how my jobs are going and I tell him ALL about it! he's better than therapy woohoo
They are well known in the industry for selling knock off parts.
