It is great to be able to charge on a card provided by Navia for medical services and prescriptions. And, it is easy to apply for reimbursement for purchases of approved medicines when charges to the Navia charge card cannot be use. Great benefit.

all my transactions have been accept. I am able to shop for medical equipment, no worries. they even have a store that i can order stuff in if i cant find it somewhere else.
Customer service is very helpful. However, haven't need to call as it is straightforward to make a claim online or use the debit card. I have used this company for years with zero issues. Highly recommend!
I love the Navia Benefits card and the customer service provided by their staff. The reimbursement process is done online, and after all the claims are uploaded, it takes only 7-10 days to receive the payment by mail.
