Shipping office opens at 7.30 am. They are not strict on appointments I was unloaded an hour and a half before my appointment time and took about an hour to unload. Staff are good and plenty of space for overnight parking.

Truck entrance is not on state road. You must turn at the railroad tracks and follow the signs.
