Jan 2018. Been trying to simply verify a gift card balance for a week. My local theater (Cary, NC) had a system issue so couldn't tell me, I've called since then and left messages at the local one and at the HQ in Jupiter, FL with no return calls. Using their online contact form for the past week yields "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method" and I've left the HQ messages to that affect hoping their IT will fix this. Using my gift card to buy six tickets last week the online system kept kickiing me out saying my card balance was $92 but then when I try to buy tickets it would show "invalid card" and take to the pay by credit card screen. This went on 3x and then.... I get an email saying my tickets had arrived! Oh well at least it worked. My Cary, NC theater is awesome....but it's run by people that don't seem to get it. Never once has anyone answered the phone when I've needed them such as buying those tix last week nor did the HQ answer or call me back. Lastly while I'm ranting... The theaters are ...awesome but dine and recline say food service ends when the movie trailers start. Nope, not in the 8-10 movies I've been to in the past year there does this happen. People walk in, theater is dark and then they order, the servers disturb those of us trying to enjoy the movie talking with customers about what is wrong with the order they just brought out, ... it's just a mess usually. I received several gift cards a year or two ago and am so glad my last one is now $0 (I think). The FDX theater was awesome for Star Wars! Love Frank's theaters but they really need to run it like a business.
Been trying for 4 weeks to get a phone call back. Left numerous voicemails and have yet to actually talk to someone. Urgent business that needs attending and can't get a response.
Been call Frank's entertainment and can get no one to return the call...whats the deal with the corp...
