this place is phenomenal. Food is always fresh and flavorful. I try something new every week and it only gets better. Delivery drivers aren't to sharp, but they serve their purpose. Highly highly recommended

Truth be told, I've never eaten in the restaurant. Takeout/delivery is always on time and up to snuff. It's not the most incredible meal you'll ever experience, hut you also won't be disappointed in whatever you get. Bonus points for being able to order online!

Great place. They do delivery for free, with no limit (you can spend less than 10 and still get it delivered). The food is great, especially the buffalo chicken cheesteaks! They're very affordable. Highly recommend them!

We usually have no issue with this place, but yesterday after ordering pizza from here, my dad and I got food poisoning. We haven't eaten anything else that day other than the extra-large pizza we got from here and symptoms such as cramps and diarrhea appeared a few hours after we ate.
We will not be visiting this place again for a while unfortunately.

We have been customers of Franconis for years, and never had a disappointing experience.
They serve great pizzas, main courses and desserts ( their famous chocolate and lemon pies are
really quite special, we always order them for my son's Birthday and all the guests keep asking
where we got them ). The cakes were actually delivered to our house and the timing has never been wrong. The service is fast and very friendly, the space is calm, clean and very pleasant.
I would highly recommend it.

Franconi s is the best pizza place in the area. They ve been around for years and the food is always great! I love their white pizza and pepperoni & cheese breadsticks. Good prices too! Ordering takeout or delivery might be a little bit of a wait, but good things do take time and it s worth it every time.

Clean place and nicely decorated. Food is reasonably priced but takes long to be served even when not many customers. Staff can try to be more pleasant. Delayed service is the reason why not 5 stars. Smiles will always bring back the customers and get new customers only if it can be practiced.

Its horrible. the crust is thick the cheese not even melted. Its like school pizza. I should of order digiorno. And the salad was supposed to be fresh mozz and roasted pepper and we got lunch meat provolone and no roasted peppers

Very disappointed, because it appears that Franconis Pizza is taking notes from the airlines and piecemeal charging for each item on the meals. After ordering from them for 7yrs, we will be looking elsewhere for our lunches.

First time dining in for breakfast with my twin boys after their Saturday's TaeKwonDo class next door (Sky Martial Arts). Everything was perfect. Very friendly, nice atmosphere and good taste. Our waitress was perfect. On prior takeouts, I asked and they made a nice taco pizza on a Sicilian dough which they didn't have on the menu. Price is comparable to others but the service wins my return business. Please keep it friendly! And another positive observation is that there are many elder patrons so I know that they are sincere and doing something right! And I Thank You for that. Thank YOU!

I personally found the pizza to be bland and dry BUT the wait staff were great, friendly and very accommodating.

Great selection of specialty burgers - thick , juicy and delicious accompanied by a generous portion of really good fries -sweet potato ,waffle ,steak fries and more .

My son and husband ordered a siscillan pizza for takeout. Got it home and started to eat it. It was awful. The crust has no taste. Very little sauce. The sauce and pepperoni didn't have much taste either. Never had a problem before. Somethings missing.

Don t count on getting anything on the menu online because the girl who answers the phone says that they don t even have a menu. Get it together and learn how to talk to customers .

Always good for breakfast, and a few times for pizza .
Clean and nice and great service.

One of my favorite places to get cheese steaks, and I grew up in Philadelphia!

Sort of a combination of pizzeria and diner. I just had some cheese slices but they were very good, around me people had standard breakfast fare, sandwiches, and more pizza. Clean, neat, and pleasant; the staff were friendly, overall it was a great place to eat. My meal was pretty cheap too, which is always nice.

First off its seat your self witch is bad to start not getting a welcome from a waitress once you walk in.. then you have to wait for them to come over to you if they even notice you come in... second you have to wonder how fresh is any of the food your get there is when they have like 70 damn things to pick from .. if they have to have all that food in stock how fresh is it really or is everything just frozen for months.. and third the service sucks there a bit rude and take for ever to check back in on you if ever want something else

Staff, especially Lynn, always makes us feel welcomed there. Food is excellent, plentiful (always have some to take home) and prices are fair.

Service was poor. 40 minutes for food to come out, 4 out of 5 meals weren t hot. No communication from the server that it would take that long, we couldn t even get water refills. The food was significantly poorer in quality than usual. To get my group to stay, they offered free dessert and said the food was on its way out. Food took another 7 minutes to be served and the restaurant fell through on their promise of dessert. My group typically isn t this dissatisfied at Franconi s, so we may consider visiting again.

Decent pizza, low prices, fast service. Great place for lunch on a work day.

The food here is of poor quality and often makes me sick. They serve cheapest ice cream they can find. They use left over chicken in the salad not fresh cooked. Go someplace else. The pizza is consistent dough not thoroughly cooked.

It's a good, solid local/independent Italian restaurant. Standard fare; pizza, sandwiches, burgers, but also has diner fare, respectable full Itlaian dinner plates, as well as a broad breakfast/brunch menu. ~ It's not artisan fare, but good solid diner food. I've never had a bad meal here. Dinner orders are generous portions. Daily Special orders tend to be a lighter bite. Family dinning; they can easily accommodate kids, handcapped folks, and large groups

Its my place to go for Shrimp Fra Diavolo, I had order in other Pizzerias in the area and definetly Franconis is the best .. During Quarantine I ordered online the first time they sent the wrong pasta, I understood the circumstances and don't said nothing because I work in the industry. Second time I got the wrong pasta and the Flavor wasn't the same as usual.. I was so disappointed so has to call it.. The manager got on the phone was very friendly, asked me if I wanted something else and in the end they gave me credit. Next time I called to order Pizza and the Pasta again.. They gave me the credit and the Pasta was delicious as used to be... Supper recommended this bussines, and will continue supporting thro this Quarantine.. #StaySafe

Pretty good neighborhood pizza place with decent dinners

Don't order delivery here. Normal delivery time is over an hour and we recently waited over two hours on a Thursday night. I called the restaurant after waiting 90 minutes and the woman who answered was very nice and said the delivery was on it's way. Our order was small and nothing special. When I called back another 30 minutes later (2 hours at this point) the woman was snarky to me - it didn't sound like the same person. No more delivery for us. They do have delicious pizza but we'll be taking a long break after this experience. With an area that's inundated with pizza places, you'd think the employees would hone in on their customer service skills. If an order is going to take longer than 90 minutes, the delivery person should take a few minutes to call like other, professional restaurants do. It would save time in the long run. Our last order ended up taking 125 minutes and the delivery guy didn't even apologize for the wait. They put in two garlic knots that we didn't order, so we're assuming that was for the wait. Unfortunately, that didn't make up for the poor customer service, but a nice touch.

The lady that answers the phone need to change her attitude! Who wants to get food from someone if you cant even trust them. I dont want anyone playin with my food. If you dont like your job then go somewhere else. Can only imagine how many people delt with the same problem

Not Happy with this place!!! We ordered from this place twice in one week... Both orders thru Grub Hub.. We ordered Sausage/Pepperoni on LEFT side and plain on the right!! Both times they put the Sausage on one side and Pepperoni on the other side?? Then to get a refund they wanted to come back and get the pizza?? I have a 2 and 4 year old...Try telling tWo starving kids who have been waiting over an hour they can't eat pizza??? I am a vegetarian, so I let my family eat and now they won't refund us?? ABSURD!!! NEVER ORDERING THERE AGAIN!!!! (A SHAME THEY CAN'T GET ORDER RIGHT???)

To start, I got "bruschetta" and it was big slices of tomatoes on a hoagie roll, the rolls were soggy, forgot the cheese on the cheese fries, in the mozzarella sticks the cheese was cold, and the meatball sub was soggy, the roll fell apart, and the meatballs were mushy. I came here before and it was great, but I was very unhappy with the food recently. Whatever the reason this place has gone down.

Have been eating here for a long time. Love the family atmosphere and great service. Not a entree I wouldn't recommend. From the Hawaiian pineapple pizza to the homemade lasagna with meatballs its worth the money. They recently catered a funeral lunch on short notice for us with a large amount of people. Their graciousness and service was astounding. On behave of the Elizabeth Baugh family We thank you.

It was empty on a Saturday night at 7. The Mr. had the chicken parm. It was good, huge portion, pounded flat and thin. I had a veal dish. The veal was chunky and chewy. She brought me a steak knife. When I mentioned it was too chewy, they offered me chicken. It was too chewy, as well. I was disappointed.

First time at Franconi's and definitely enjoyed it and would recommend it to others. Our waitress (name unknown but could be #15) was great and attentive to us. Go for it...

My family and I went to Franconi's and had a wonderful time. The food, from fettuccine Alfredo, double decker cheese burger, chicken fingers to pizza, was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

The food is good except for the French fries, they are always under cooked & mushy. They must have raised their prices. I've never spent over 17 $ on lunch. I think they charged me 75 cents for pickles on the side. Chstk 8$ / Chz fries 5$ 2.50 soda / 1.75 in extra charges..

My breakfast here was good and so was the service!

Completely disrespectful tone when I called trying to order. It was late but I even asked if it was too late for a delivery in which they responded Uggh we re till 10 and I said I have a card is that ok? They asked me to wait and said rude as hell Umm what do you want? I m not one to complain but I m pissed about it.

We ordered pizza tonight and I was beyond impressed. My 2 year old daughter is lactose intolerant and we asked for 2 slices of our pie without cheese, which they were very happy to accommodate. On top of the friendly staff, the pizza was amazing. So amazing, my daughter ate both of her slices!!!!

Great little place that does Pizza by the slice and good sandwiches. Burgers are best in the area hands down.

Never had a problem with their hoagies here, good and packed. I haven't had their wings but I've seen them and they look good. Pizza is decent and food is always prepared fast. We order take out most of the time and it's ready within 20 min. Stick to the basics here and you're good.

Order from here a lot. Good pizza and Stromboli. Even if they say 45 minutes for delivery, food gets to me pretty fast!

Best pizza in the area or any area for that matter. I am very picky when it comes to a good pizza and they always deliver on quality and taste.
