I would leave one star if I could. Bought my equipment from them 5 years ago and bought 2 more rounds after that. Paid them $1000 to fix my stair mill and it was never fixed. Asked them when they were coming back out. They said whenever and it would be another $150 service fee. I wasn t happy but said ok. And asked for 4 weeks when they were coming. They still haven t responded and it s been 3 months

Love the Schwinn IC Pro bike I got from Fit Supply. Their customer support is excellent! I highly recommend doing business with them.

Poor service , left out a lot of screws on my TXR which is a hazard, they also never came back to fox the problem

The team at Fit Supply was helpful and courteous. From start to purchase the entire staff was there to help. Brian was informative and communicated every step of the process. Very pleased with the gear we purchased and will use Fit Supply again when I have more room to put more equipment. Great folks.

Not a good work area , my first week was not payed to me , supervisors drink alcohol while at work , a lot of employees just sit around and smoke cigarettes

We went to their location unannounced and no appointment during the pandemic. Not sure how we were going to be received, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Joe who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. After Brian came back from lunch he stepped in to help us make some final decisions. I went knowing I wanted a brand new Stair Master Gauntlet, after our arrival we were taking to see other available equipment. We ended up buying more than we knew they had but were so happy because it was a one stop shop. We were very impressed with the team that goes through each piece of equipment to assure it leaves in tip top shape. Mind you, all of their equipment is commercial so you know in a residential setting it will most likely out live us. During our purchase we were introduced to the Owner Ryan, (very nice). At that time Brian offered extended warranties which we gladly purchased, as well as having their crew deliver and set up the equipment leaving us nothing to do but wait for the install. The crew that did the install were very polite (even though our dogs barked every time they walked by). They didn't damage anything and were happy to disassemble the equipment to get it through residential doors, unlike nice double doors in a commercial gym. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for great used equipment.
