I am specifically referring to the airline location, where you go and see your PCP, not the urgent care. Some of those LPNs are incompetent, not all, but some. I called to speak with a provider, the scheduling dept transferred me to the provider & turns out the provider does not even work at that facility anymore. The scheduler kept cutting me off as I was talking & rushing me off the phone. An LPN was supposed to handle some paperwork for me in November 2020 and it NEVER got done. She kept making excuses. This airline location is horrible & I hope some changes are made SOON.

Scam just got a bill in mail I owe 39.00 fuc out of here don't know you nor been to them smdh

Out of town/state with an emergency. Went to this horrible fraudulent facility for urgent care and they coded the visit as a regular doctors office visit and now my insurance will not pay. They took my $50 copay and charged me $500 for the visit and $509 for the lab work. If this is not an emergency facility, then why charge emergency prices. Who pays $500 for an office visit, Julie Guillet PA? The most I've ever paid for a self-pay office visit was maybe $125. If you code the visit correctly as an emergency visit, my insurance will cover it!!!

I do not know what this company is, but I have a $30.00 charge on my credit card bill from them???
