I'm a ATLien & a Grady baby. I will always choose Grady 4 my hospital.

I would give Grady s trauma unit 10 stars if I could! They were amazing!!!!!!!! They were quick, efficient and attentive! Any misconceptions I had about Grady, has now changed. The nurses and doctors treated my daughter so well, everyone in the trauma center were so kind, she felt extremely comfortable. Then once she was discharged from the hospital, the nurse called daily to check on her. My first time at Grady and the experience was exceptional! I m so glad I chose Grady! That day was a mother s worse nightmare! Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter! I will never forget it!

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN, especially for mental health services! As many other reviews have stated, they have some of the worst staff members one can encounter.... But the thing that really boggles my mind is, I spoke with two mental health professionals, one being a psychiatrist (MD) who said that Grady is KNOWN TO QUICKLY DIAGNOSE BLACK MALES WITH INCORRECT MENTAL DIAGNOSES! During an evaluation they tried to talk a family member of mine into agreeing to things that were not true. Once this family member was discharged and seen by a Dr who has been practicing for years versus the clueless student doctors they saw at Grady, it was confirmed my family member was given the WRONG diagnosis.
I don't understand how this hospital has not been investigated by now.

Hospital staff are good. The pharmacy area could be better.

The cost of anyone medical might have priced hiked at pharmacy like for example if you have medicine for $5 each, they might have doubled each one to $10 each. That might not be right to do to patience that can't afford all of their medicine.

This review is for the Financial Assistance Department. I've been calling and sending emails for over a month. I've been given a number to a direct line where this lady hasn't picked up or called me back in over a month. I've tried walking in but you need an appointment. I just need to know if I'm approved.

My mom has received excellent coordinated care from Grady Health. They are well organized and communicate with you so you know what to expect in advance. They are very busy but very well run.

All the staff, technicians, nurses and doctors on 5A was extremely great to my brother, Shannon B. Their generosity was superfluous. Thank you all in abundance for taking excellent care of my brother. Much appreciated.

My son was life flighted on from another hospital. So far I cannot say enough good things about this place. All the medical personnel have been very attentive and have provided excellent care. Everyone from the front desk, check in, clerks, house keeping, security, etc have been extra nice & helpful. THANK YOU GRADY.....GRADY STRONG!!

Well he was in SICU for 2 weeks and received excellent care so I'm leaving the 5 stars. Step down seems to be way down. While the nurses were very nice yesterday, I'm not sure about today. When I came in at 4:00 I saw a food container from the day before. I know it was from the day before because I brought it & he ate most of the food. I opened the container to find some kind of little bugs all over the leftover food. Would it have been so hard to toss the container in the trash.

I have the best doctors, nurses care team ever, that has the most concern about my health situations & they'll solve whatever it takes to make me feel better about my health wellness.

By far the absolute worst hospital I have ever been to. I have been here quite a few times and every experience here gets progressively worst. The service here is extremely slow. I have stayed in this hospital for about 15+ hours due to an issue that could ve been resolved within 4 hours. Some of the doctors make it quite evident that they do not care for your well-being here. I would most importantly like to mention that this is the most unsanitary hospital that I have ever been too. They have literally handed me dirty blankets and sheets multiple times. I would not recommend coming here especially if you have a medical emergency. I promise you, they will not take care of you in a timely manner.
