no customer service available when needed to talk to someone to discuss issues, over sea call centres hang up on you when you try to talk to them calls never returned advised calls to be returned the worst company to deal with. NEED TO BRING CALL CENTRES BACK TO AUSTRALIA

So disappointed with Foxtel. It seems costs go up and they never reward loyalty. Price goes up and all I ask for is it to go back to what it was.I am seriously better off being a new customer. Foxtel you disappoint me. With all the issues I face through covid-19 I have to cancel two boxes and all I can get is a measly $10 off my plan. Only two months ago I had a better deal

It was easy to get through to service and tech support. The problem is they insist you use the satellite connection not your internet. Then when they can't connect the service they just disconnect it without a word. Optus vision is heaps better but no AFL or Motorsport rights. The board of directors must be living in the 80's still!

Foxtel have increased our account payment by $29 within a month with no notification of changes to our account. Their "contact us" support on their home page is useless as it sends you around in circles. I know I am contacting after hours but they have 3 different closing times and no potential to send a simple email!

Don't waste your money on Foxtel. Despite all the hype in their ads there is next to no new content unless of cause you want to watch the endless stream of trash "reality" shows.
The news service is vomitous far right dribble.
Then when you ring to cancel your service the sales staff try every trick in the book to try and keep you.
There is any number of cheaper and far higher quality subscription services available.

They told me internet & landline transfer from Telstra would be seamless - what a joke! A lit rant of failed promises. 3 weeks of failures with their partner Telstra Wholesale. Now my internet & landlines are disconnected all day Xmas Eve with no resolution as promised. I wouldn t recommend anyone hooking up with Foxtel internet - it s a disaster.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I used to be a long term customer of Foxtel for about 8 years. I had to deal with extremely unprofessional customer service for a few times recently. First, they called me from a mobile number asking me to give my personal info without even explaining why they called. Who calls from mobile numbers for business purposes (especially when it is a big corporation)?! Secondly, the lady on the phone had no clue what she was talking about. She asked me if I authorise her to process a payment using a card I used once for a one off payment. I clearly told her NO a couple of times. Later that day she still processed the payment... I wanted to submit a complaint but as other people mentioned you can't call Foxtel anymore because they simply don't have a number in AU - all of their customer reps are now outsourced and are based outside AU. I submitted my complaint online and a couple of days later received an email from a person whose English was not great. I couldn't even understand half of the things he said. In one paragraph he said I owed them money, a couple of paragraphs below he said my outstanding balance was $0. I have now disconnected from Foxtel and won't be returning. There are so many other options with much better customer support.

Worst caller automation phone service if I could give -5 stars I would

Rowland very helpful and pleasant on the phone. I hope in future I get Rowland again for any enquires.
