I've been using fox tax for over 15 years and the experience always has been professional, courteous, informative, and quick. Greg is my guy and Alyssa runs an excellent business with her husband.

Alyssa and Paul have been my tax life savers today. Paul worked with me through the weekend answering my questions during which time I am sure he was off. Alyssa was there for me after my nightmarish day of trying to get my taxes to Fox Tax even after business hours were over. She filed them with ease and got me the return that I wanted. I've been with Fox Tax since their inception. Wouldn't have anyone else do my taxes! They're especially capable of handling the taxes of freelance creatives and property owners with more convoluted taxes.

This is my third year at Fox working with Caitlin. I leave with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and confidence that things are done right. Caitlin is knowledgable, patient, and efficient and most of all kind and compassionate. Taxes and numbers are something I dislike very much, and she takes care of things in a way that feels easy.

See they get great reviews! Hopefully they deserve them for their actual tax services. My experience in even getting on the waiting list was very frustrating. Submitted name via website about a month. Called today to follow up since I received no confirmation or other response. Was told it was probably a two year wait - they have about 1000 people on the list. They don't go in order - by what the accountant has time for. Asked to confirm that my name was on the list and if I could call back and see where we were on the list. Answer: No. They may be great at taxes, but this didn't seem like a very courteous way to treat a potential client. I'll be looking elsewhere for tax services. I'm taking Fox Tax off my waiting list today!

Been coming here for years and it's always been an enjoyable experience.

This is our 11th year at Fox Tax. They've always been great, but I've never appreciated them more than I did tonight. I had done all our prep for tonight's appointment, but forgot my flash drive with a lot of the info on it home. Greg was totally cool and patient about it, agreed that we could at least get things started and email him anything else needed later. Turned out we were able to get it all done at our appointment anyway, thanks to what papers we brought, the glory of the internet and, most of all, Greg's wonderful patience and great sense of humor. Thank you!

Arrogant, thin-skinned, and unprofessional! If you have an issue with their service, they will cancel your appointment rather than work to resolve the problem. A loyal client of several years, I was treated rudely by a receptionist who didn t listen and kept interrupting me. (She had been on the job for two months and is likely a friend of the owner, Alyssa.) My business relationship was termed without explanation via an email that was sent after 10:00pm by the owner.

I have been a client for several years now, and Greg is the best. He is proficient and patient and genuinely a pleasant person. I highly recommend Fox Tax!

I came to Fox Tax through a referral from a trusted friend. I was a freelancer moving from MN to WA and they were so helpful figuring out my seven different 1099s and taxes in two states. I've never been to their offices or met any of them, but everyone I've worked with at Fox (currently Jade) has been professional, patient and just really solved all my tax stress. This is really a millennial-friendly company -- just super easy to work with, no need for in-person, mailing stuff, etc. I love their portal for uploading documents. OH and during COVID-19 they have been working tirelessly, keeping us posted on tax implications with well-written newsletters. Thanks, Fox!
