Parking arrangements and driveways need to be improved

Price wont lie, there s always had a great service and facility.

the hotel is undergo a major renovation, however from their corporate website it has been deleted from operational property...

very pleasant, strategic location, friendly service, good food.

I have a dinner at the palm court four seasons and it was a great experience. I ordered sirloin steak which met my expectation, the ambience was really nice as well.

It is already the second time that I stay at the four season in jakarta,
The hotel is truly fabulous but so are all the extremely polite, friendly and attentive staff.

The cleanliness of the structure is exceptional.
I tried several times all the various restaurants of the structure (palm court / alto restaurant) the cuisine is exceptional and the menagers and waiters are always very kind.
A special note at the nautilus where I drank excellent cocktails with a selection of very fine spirits, I was able to taste cocktails created especially for me by my favorite bartender Mr. Bagus, who has always satisfied me in creating delicious cocktails.
next time we go back to jakarta we will stay here again.

It was amazing. All staff are friendly. Fast check in process, satisfying service, in room service is very fast. I recommend downloading the Four Seasons application, so you can easily chat with the staff. My mom got a surprise birthday cake, she's so happy. Health protocols during pandemic are very good. The rooms are very spacious with luxurious and modern design. We really enjoyed our staycation and will definitely come back. Thank you Four Seasons Jakarta.

The hotel is very good ... here is a very beautiful ballroom plus an out door room ... Sangt is good for photos 2 ... the ballroom is usually used by various events, one of which is a wedding party ... the menu is all delicious.

The room is impressive, pool is not too large but very cozy. Hotel staff also very helpful. One thing that bug me is the room is not really soundproof from the outside. so you still hear if there is any music concert (dangdut) from surrounding area.

Also there is mosque close to hotel that play arabic song starts from 4am (no, it's not azhan). and you can hear that clearly from your room

The place is in the strategic place. The rooms is so comfortamble and we can see scene of nature. And the service is very good.

the hospitality is so good, they always provide iced infused water everytime the guests are swimming. in addition to that, they also gave complimentary fresh fruit and popsicle. great breakfast. the room is superb!

For me, this is a real business hotel at central business area.
Next to a unique Satria Mandala museum (with shabu hatchi japanese resto).

The best in Jakarta I advice all to try at least one night because all staff speak english as well as the food prepared was tasty and superb in the breakfast buffet. I will come again

For private drivers, please expect this to be right. Bring food from outside because there is no canteen / shop.

I just short visit here when my clients stay in this hotel for few days. So far the hotel is good. Very clean. Security is very good. Hotel staff was friendly and nice. They also helpful. I visit the room of my clients here and it also big and very nice.

All drivers, when delivering food to the hotel, have to go through the parking lot that pays even though it's only 5 minutes to use it can't park dpn

- the room was incredible ! One of best hotel room in indonesia.

- unfortunately, i had bad experience in check in at the hotel. I had to wait until 1,5 hours before i can enter the room. And it made me upset to the hotel s staffs. However, i got some fruits as an apologize compliment from the hotel. That s the standard compliment i think for the 5 star hotel.

- the breakfast varian menu was scrimpy if compared with any others 5 star hotel. The staff said its because the place capacity of the palm court restaurant is small. I don t think its reasonable for the famous hotel like four seasons.
