Good hotel in jakarta. The staff was really helpful. Same as another four season it always good hotel. You have to try food here, it's really delicious. Overall, I recommend you to stay here, the location also strategies in jakarta.

Exceptional, nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, safe etc.

Staying here is really a luxury for me, don't forget there is hidden culinary in this hotel area. People around there call it Kantin Kerekan!

Nasi and Sate Padang .... the best! The rendang is champion, especially with green sauce and skin crackers. Yummy!

Such a great hotel with luxury design and interior. In overall the experience was great though it is pandemic time. They ensure guests feel safety and implement all health and safety standards.

However, there were some downside for me. First, their housekeeping was so long and took ages to come when I asked additional shower gel, etc.

Also, the room was incomplete. I was not sure whether it is because of the pandemic or their standard. I didnt have any tea spoon, only one drinking glass and no glass for coffee.

They separate the entrance between the ballrooms and the hotel so dont disturb the visitors. Good point!

At that time I had been to saunk kito, I ordered food to the waiter ... after a few minutes later the waiter came to bring the food but I asked for help to get an ashtray to smoke, but instead of being answered YES instead nodded his eyes ... hadeehhhhh
